Ομιλία στο Συλλαλητήριο για την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Γυναίκας

8 Μάρτη 2013: δε φέρνει μόνο στη μνήμη τον αγώνα των εργατριών της Νέας Υόρκης για ανθρώπινες συνθήκες δουλειάς, για ίσο μεροκάματο .Δεν είναι μόνο μέρα τιμής και απολογισμού. Είναι μέρα ευθύνης και νέων καθηκόντων για να σχεδιάσουμε τη συνέχεια της δράσης μας σε μια περίοδο που εξαπολύεται νέα καταιγιστική επίθεση στην εργατική τάξη.
1857 – 2013: βγαίνουν αβίαστα 2 συμπεράσματα, οδηγοί για την οργάνωση της πάλης:
1. Χιλιάδες γυναίκες αγωνίστριες, επώνυμες και ανώνυμες, επέλεξαν το δρόμο του οργανωμένου αγώνα, της σύγκρουσης με την εργοδοτική και κρατική τρομοκρατία, με τους ατομικούς φόβους και τις δυσκολίες. Επέλεξαν το δρόμο της ρήξης με την πολιτική της εκμετάλλευσης, της αντίστασης στο σύστημα που τρέφεται αναπαράγοντας και πολλαπλασιάζοντας την ανισοτιμία στις γυναίκες της τάξης μας.
Σε αυτό το δρόμο ο αγώνας των γυναικών ως αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι του εργατικού λαϊκού κινήματος απέσπασε κατακτήσεις για την εργατική λαϊκή οικογένεια σημαντικές, που όμως ποτέ δεν κάλυψαν τις ανάγκες μας.
2.Η πάνω από 100 χρόνια ιστορία της πάλης για τα δικαιώματα των γυναικών της εργατικής τάξης και των λαϊκών στρωμάτων αποδεικνύει ότι οι κατακτήσεις στον καπιταλισμό είναι περιορισμένες και προσωρινές. Δείχνει πως όσο ο πλούτος συγκεντρώνεται σε λίγα χέρια και η εξουσία παραμένει στους καπιταλιστές, τόσο η εκμετάλλευση θα γίνεται πιο βάρβαρη και οι γυναίκες θα αποτελούν το καύσιμο για τη μεγαλύτερη κερδοφορία και την ανταγωνιστικότητα των μονοπωλίων.
Θα περισσέψουν σήμερα τα λόγια συμπάθειας, αγάπης, αναγνώρισης για το ρόλο της γυναίκας. Θα περισσέψει ο θαυμασμός για τη συμμετοχή στα κέντρα λήψης αποφάσεων. Θα περισσέψει η υποκρισία , για τα προβλήματα που βιώνει η εργαζόμενη γυναίκα.
Τι να κρύψουν και που να κρυφτούν.
Ότι στο όνομα της ισότητας και των ίσων ευκαιριών πριν την κρίση κατήργησαν ασφαλιστικά και εργασιακά δικαιώματα.
Ότι στο όνομα των ιδιαίτερων αναγκών και της διευκόλυνσης, ή όπως τους αρέσκεται να λένε της εναρμόνισης της επαγγελματικής με την οικογενειακή ζωή, εφαρμόστηκαν πρώτα στις γυναίκες οι ελαστικές σχέσεις εργασίας, η μερική απασχόληση, η δουλειά με το μπλοκάκι.
Δεν κρύβεται σήμερα ότι η ανεργία στις γυναίκες φτάνει το 29,3% και για τις νέες γυναίκες φθάνει στο 62,1%. Η πλειοψηφία των νέων εργαζόμενων γυναικών αμείβεται με μισθούς 200 και 400 ευρώ. Σε κλάδους όπου η πλειοψηφία των εργαζομένων είναι γυναίκες έχουν γενικευτεί οι συμβάσεις από 1 μέρα μέχρι 1 μήνα, η ενοικίαση εργαζομένων, η εκ περιτροπής εργασία και οι απλήρωτες υπερωρίες. Δουλεύουν ανασφάλιστες, με όρους εργασιακού μεσαίωνα, με το φόβο και τον τρόμο της απόλυσης αν, για παράδειγμα, μείνουν έγκυος.
Δεν κρύβεται ότι το αδιέξοδο του σάπιου συστήματός τους απαιτεί και άλλα μέτρα. Σε συνθήκες βαθιάς και παρατεταμένης κρίσης η στρατηγική της ΕΕ, του κεφαλαίου και των κομμάτων τους απαιτεί περισσότερη, φτηνότερη δουλειά, εμπορευματοποίηση των κοινωνικών αγαθών, διασφάλιση των όρων κερδοφορίας για μετά την κρίση. Η νέα αντεργατική επίθεση αφορά στο σύνολο της ζωής της εργατικής λαϊκής οικογένειας και των νέων ζευγαριών.
Τα περισσότερα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει σήμερα η γυναίκα έχουν στο κέντρο τους την κατάργηση του στοιχειώδους δικαιώματος στην εργασία, τις ανατροπές στις εργασιακές σχέσεις και τη μη αναγνώριση του ρόλου της μητρότητας, δηλαδή όλα εκείνα τα στοιχεία που αυξάνουν τον βαθμό εκμετάλλευσης.
Με τα νέα μέτρα που προβλέπουν 6ήμερη δουλειά, για 10 έως 12 ώρες, με την επίθεση στην Κυριακάτικη αργία στο εμπόριο, με την “απελευθέρωση” του ωραρίου σπρώχνουν τη γυναίκα εργαζόμενη στο σπίτι, έξω από την παραγωγή. Ουσιαστικά η εργαζόμενη μητέρα γίνεται λάστιχο και πρέπει μέσα στις ώρες που της απομένουν εκτός δουλειάς να φροντίσει τα παιδιά, το σπίτι, να κοιμηθεί, να διαβάσει, να ψυχαγωγηθεί, να αναπτύξει κοινωνική δράση, κλπ. Η μητρότητα μπαίνει κυριολεκτικά στο απόσπασμα γιατί… κοστίζει στους εργοδότες.
Χιλιάδες γυναίκες θα βρεθούν το επόμενο διάστημα στην ανεργία με τις απολύσεις που δρομολογούνται σε δημόσιο και ευρύτερο δημόσιο τομέα. Τα κενά που θα προκύψουν αν και εφόσον καλυφθούν θα είναι με συμβασιούχους εργαζόμενους ή εργαζόμενους μέσω των λεγόμενων προγραμμάτων κοινωφελούς εργασίας.
Η επιχειρούμενη κατάργηση των ΣΣΕ και του κατώτερου μισθού ανοίγει το δρόμο για την κατάργηση όσων κατακτημένων δικαιωμάτων έχουν απομείνει και συμπαρασύρει προς τα κάτω επιδόματα λοχείας, ασθένειας. Το επίδομα τοκετού το έχουν ήδη καταργήσει για όσες γεννούν σε μαιευτήρια. Μας πάνε κυριολεκτικά έναν αιώνα πίσω, όταν οι γυναίκες γεννούσαν στα σπίτια και τα χωράφια και η πιθανότητα να πεθάνει είτε η μητέρα, είτε το παιδί κατά τη διάρκεια του τοκετού θεωρούνταν δεδομένη.
Η αύξηση των ορίων ηλικίας συνταξιοδότησης, μαζί με την κατάργηση των ΒΑΕ, σημαίνει περισσότερα προβλήματα υγείας στον ήδη επιβαρημένο οργανισμό της γυναίκας από τα πολλαπλά βάρη.
Το ‘’τσεκούρεμα’’ των ασφαλιστικών ταμείων μαζί με την εμπορευματοποίηση της Υγείας- Πρόνοιας οξύνει ακόμα περισσότερο τα προβλήματα.
Το σχέδιο Αθηνά, που συνδέει τα Πανεπιστήμια με τα σχέδια των επιχειρήσεων για να παράγονται με αναλώσιμη γνώση φτηνοί και ευέλικτοι εργαζόμενοι, έρχεται να καταφέρει ένα ακόμα κτύπημα στις σπουδάστριες και τους σπουδαστές των λαϊκών οικογενειών.
Με θράσος η ΕΕ και η κυβέρνηση έρχονται να μας μιλήσουν για τη συμμετοχή της γυναίκας στα κέντρα λήψης αποφάσεων. Για τη γυναικεία επιχειρηματικότητα και την ανάπτυξη.
Να μας πλασάρουν το “μύθο” της ωραίας, νέας, έξυπνης, μορφωμένης και φυσικά πετυχημένης εργαζόμενης γυναίκας. Μπορεί ταυτόχρονα να είναι τέλεια νοικοκυρά, μάνα, συνεχώς με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη, με ένα τέλειο σπίτι και πολλά λεφτά, άρα απόλυτα ανεξάρτητη, ελεύθερη, χειραφετημένη, χωρίς κανείς να την εκμεταλλεύεται. Η δυναμική αυτή γυναίκα έχει την ικανότητα να μετατρέψει την κρίση σε ευκαιρία για εκείνη και την οικογένειά της, ή να δημιουργήσει τη δική της επιχείρηση.
Αυτό βλέπουμε καθημερινά στα αστικά κανάλια και τις διαφημίσεις, στα εκατοντάδες lifestyle γυναικεία περιοδικά, όπως λέγονται, που μας βομβαρδίζουν από το πρωί ως το βράδυ.
Όμως διαφορετική είναι η εικόνα της καθημερινής ζωής της νέας εργαζόμενης, της άνεργης, της νέας μητέρας που από την αρχή της δημιουργίας οικογένειας τα εμπόδια ορθώνονται μπροστά της. Της νέας σπουδάστριας που αναγκάζεται να δουλεύει πολλές φορές παράλληλα με τις σπουδές, της γυναίκας που παλεύει με “νύχια και με δόντια” να κρατήσει ανοιχτό το εμπορομάγαζό της, της λαντζέρισσας στα ξενοδοχεία, της καθαρίστριας, της αγρότισσας , της μετανάστριας.
Χιλιάδες αυτοαπασχολούμενοι και αυτοαπασχολούμενες κλείνουν τα μαγαζιά τους κάτω από τον ανταγωνισμό με τις μεγάλες μονοπωλιακές επιχειρήσεις , τους φόρους , τα χαράτσια της ΔΕΗ. Χιλιάδες αγρότες ξεκληρίζονται από τα βάρη που έφερε μαζί της η ΚΑΠ, από την προσπάθεια συγκέντρωσης της αγροτικής παραγωγής σε λίγα χέρια μεγαλοεπιχειρηματιών.
Δεν είναι μόνο ότι σπέρνουν αυταπάτες, είναι ότι θέλουν οι γυναίκες εργαζόμενες να γίνουν μέρος της πολιτικής τους. Να ζητούν δηλαδή μείωση της φορολογίας του κεφαλαίου τη στιγμή που η φορολεηλασία πνίγει τις δικές τους οικογένειες
Να θεωρούν λύση τις ΜΚΟ, τους κοινωνικούς συνεταιρισμούς, τη βοήθεια στο σπίτι. Να αποδέχονται δηλαδή ότι τα συλλογικά εργατικά κοινωνικά δικαιώματα γίνονται ατομική, οικογενειακή υποχρέωση και ευθύνη.
Στοχεύουν από τη μια στη χειραγώγηση και από την άλλη πατάνε στις αντικειμενικές δυσκολίες που γεννά το σύστημά τους , με τη συρρίκνωση και ανταποδοτικότητα των κοινωνικών παροχών, και κάνουν τις γυναίκες πιο ευάλωτες, πιο ανεκτικές στη λογική του μικρότερου κακού, δυσκολεύουν την ένταξή τους στο σωματείο, στη δράση, στον αγώνα.
Καλλιεργούν την αντίληψη ότι οι προσωπικές προσπάθειες, οι ατομικές προσπάθειες μπορεί να τους γλιτώσουν από βάσανα, να τους δώσουν μια πιο άμεση θετική οικογενειακή προοπτική. Κρύβουν ότι η καθημερινότητα σήμερα ακόμα περισσότερο παρά ποτέ εξαρτάται από τις γενικές πολιτικές αλλαγές, από το γενικό συσχετισμό δύναμης.
Δεν απομένει ούτε ένα λεπτό χρόνου προκειμένου οι γυναίκες της εργατικής τάξης, των μικρομεσαίων στρωμάτων που υποφέρουν, της αγροτιάς, οι νέες γυναίκες να αποφασίσουν τι θα κάνουν. Μόνο μια λύση υπάρχει, ο ΞΕΣΗΚΩΜΟΣ.
Είναι αναγκαία επιλογή, μονόδρομος η αντίσταση, η αντεπίθεση, η έφοδος, το οργανωμένο κίνημα, η προγραμματισμένη δράση, για να παρεμποδίσουμε τα χειρότερα, για να τα ανατρέψουμε όσο γίνεται πιο γρήγορα.
Η δύναμη του εργατικού, του λαϊκού, του γυναικείου κινήματος εξαρτάται από το πόσες εργατικές γυναικείες μάζες θα μπουν στον αγώνα, πόσες θα επιστρέψουν στον αγώνα ύστερα από κάποια χρόνια αδράνειας, πόσες αυτοαπασχολούμενες, φτωχές αγρότισσες, πόσες κοπέλες, νέες γυναίκες θα προσχωρήσουν.
Καμία υποτίμηση. Ο αντίπαλος έχει τα εργαλεία του για να εμποδίσει αυτό που τρέμει περισσότερο· το οργανωμένο ταξικό κίνημα που απεγκλωβίζει δυνάμεις, που αμφισβητεί την εξουσία του, τρέμει τη δημιουργία της λαϊκής συμμαχίας που θα ανοίγει την προοπτική για άλλο δρόμο ανάπτυξης, για άλλη κοινωνία, για άλλη οικονομία και εξουσία.
Χρησιμοποιεί το ιδεολογικό του οπλοστάσιο ανάγοντας την ανισοτιμία των γυναικών σε ζήτημα αντίθεσης ανάμεσα στα φύλλα, αποκρύπτοντας τον ταξικό χαρακτήρα της εκμετάλλευσης των γυναικών και της φυλετικής καταπίεσης.
Έχει τις συμβιβασμένες συνδικαλιστικές ηγεσίες που χειροκροτούν και βάζουν πλάτη για να πετύχουν την ενσωμάτωση και τη χειραγώγηση των γυναικών. Θαυμάστε τους !.εκπόνηση μελέτης για τη συμμετοχή της γυναίκας στις συνδικαλιστικές οργανώσεις, δικτύωση με ΜΚΟ, γραμμή υποστήριξης για πληροφορίες, σεμινάρια για δραστήρια στελέχη. Πάντα το σύστημα είχε τους κολαούζους του.
Τους μεγαλοκαναλάρχες, την τρικομματική κυβέρνηση, αλλά και τα κόμματα που συσκοτίζουν τις αιτίες της κρίσης και τη θέση της γυναίκας στο εκμεταλλευτικό καπιταλιστικό σύστημα. Τα κόμματα που επιχειρούν να μας εγκλωβίσουν ότι μια καλύτερη διαχείριση του συστήματος «όπως ο Ομπάμα» θα άλλαζε τα πράγματα προς όφελος των εργαζομένων.
Είναι στα δικά μας χέρια η δύναμη, είναι δική μας η ευθύνη, να ανατρέψουμε τα σχέδιά τους. Είναι ευθύνη του ταξικού συνδικαλιστικού κινήματος οι γυναίκες να πάρουν τη θέση τους δίπλα και μέσα στο ταξικό κίνημα. Το ταξικό κίνημα να δει πιο μεθοδικά τη δουλειά του στις γυναίκες και τη νεολαία για να εμποδίσει τα σχέδια της άρχουσας τάξης και των πολιτικών της εκφραστών.
Να κλιμακώσουμε τους αγώνες με αιχμή τα οξυμένα προβλήματα που βιώνουν οι γυναίκες και οι οικογένειές τους. ΣΤΗ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ, ΣΤΟ ΣΧΟΛΕΙΟ, ΣΤΗ ΓΕΙΤΟΝΙΑ με αποφασιστικότητα υπομονή και επιμονή
Αποκαλύπτουμε την ταξική φύση του προβλήματος δείχνοντας τον χαρακτήρα των μέτρων, τι σημαίνει μονοπώλια, καπιταλιστικό σύστημα.
Να ξεκαθαρίζεται στη συνείδηση πως ό,τι συμφέρει τα μονοπώλια, τον εργοδότη είναι ριζικά αντίθετο με το συμφέρον της εργαζόμενης γυναίκας και των παιδιών της.
Να παίρνουμε υπόψη μας τις δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι γυναίκες και με διάφορες, μορφές παρέμβασης, συζήτησης, συσπείρωσης να πείσουμε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερες γυναίκες να κάνουν το βήμα προς τα εμπρός για οργανωμένη δράση.
Να εμπνεύσουμε και να εμπνευστούμε. Να σπάσουμε το ψεύτικο πρότυπο του πλαστικού παγωμένου χαμόγελου της γυναίκας της αστικής τάξης.
Το δικό μας πρότυπο είναι η γυναίκα μαχήτρια της Εθνικής Αντίστασης και του ΔΣΕ, της Ηλέκτρας Αποστόλου, η καπνεργάτρια Μαρία Κουσιάδου, η Βασιλική Γιωργατζέλη, η γυναίκα του χαλυβουργού, η νέα κοπέλα που απεργεί, η γυναίκα που δεν υποτάσσεται και περήφανα παλεύει για την πραγματική απελευθέρωσή της.
Να δυναμώσουμε από τη γνώση ότι οι γυναίκες αυτά τα είχαν κατακτήσει στα σοσιαλιστικά κράτη και σήμερα δικαιούνται ακόμα περισσότερα.
Να δημιουργείται κλίμα αντοχής και αποφασιστικότητας κάτω από τη θέση ότι δεν έχουμε καμία ευθύνη
Να θυμώσουν οι γυναίκες της τάξης μας, από τη ζωή που ετοιμάζουν για τα παιδιά τους, για το νομοσχέδιο για τα ναρκωτικά που στην ουσία συντηρεί και διαιωνίζει τη ναρκωκουλτούρα, για το φασισμό που ανοίγει τα πλοκάμια του στα παιδιά μας.
Να αντιδράσουν με περηφάνια στο απαράδεκτο φαινόμενο του υποσιτισμού των παιδιών στα σχολεία.
Καλούμε όλες τις γυναίκες να ενισχύσουν το κίνημα με ταξικό προσανατολισμό το ΠΑΜΕ, το ριζοσπαστικό κίνημα της ΟΓΕ, την ΠΑΣΥ, την ΠΑΣΕΒΕ, το ΜΑΣ. Να συμμετάσχουν στη δράση των Λαϊκών επιτροπών στις γειτονιές. Να ενισχυθούν οι πρωτοβουλίες, οι παρεμβάσεις και ο συντονισμός για τα προβλήματα της εργατικής τάξης, των αυτοαπασχολούμενων της λαϊκής οικογένειας.
Η οργάνωση στα σωματεία, στις επιτροπές αγώνα, η συμμετοχή στις απεργίες και στις κινητοποιήσεις δεν είναι απλή υπόθεση και πέφτει στις πλάτες του ταξικού συνδικαλιστικού κινήματος. Θέλει σχέδιο και συστηματική δουλειά , με στόχο την ανασύνταξη του κινήματος.
Συγκεντρώνουμε δυνάμεις, χτίζουμε τη δική μας λαϊκή συμμαχία στον αδιάκοπο πόλεμο με την τάξη που μας εκμεταλλεύεται. Ούτε οι νόμοι και η τάξη τους, ούτε η καταστολή μπορεί να μας σταματήσει.
Αυτό είναι η 8 Μάρτη φάρος για τη συμμετοχή της γυναίκας στην ταξική πάλη για την ανατροπή του εκμεταλλευτικού συστήματος.
Δεν κάνουμε βήμα πίσω.
Κλιμακώνουμε τους αγώνες με αιχμή τα οξυμένα προβλήματα που βιώνουν οι γυναίκες και οι οικογένειές τους

Διεκδικούμε την υπογραφή ΕΓΣΣΕ με βάση το πλαίσιο του ΠΑΜΕ και κλαδικών ΣΣΕ με αυξήσεις.

Σταθερή και μόνιμη δουλειά, σύνταξη στα 55 χρόνια για τις γυναίκες και στα 60 για τους άντρες.

Αύξηση του επιδόματος ανεργίας και επέκταση του χρόνου απονομής του.
-
Δωρεάν ιατροφαρμακευτική περίθαλψη για όλους τους άνεργους, τους ανασφάλιστους και τις οικογένειές τους, χωρίς όρους και προϋποθέσεις.

Μέτρα ουσιαστικής στήριξης της μητρότητας και της φροντίδας των παιδιών.

Κατάργηση του ΦΠΑ, των χαρατσιών, των φοροληστρικών νόμων.
-
Κατάργηση όλων των αντιασφαλιστικών νόμων.
-
Δημόσια και δωρεάν υγεία και παιδεία για όλους, κατάργηση κάθε επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας στους τομείς αυτούς.

Δυναμώνουμε την ταξική αλληλεγγύη. Καμιά διακοπή ρεύματος, κανένας πλειστηριασμός δε θα μείνει αναπάντητος από το εργατικό και λαϊκό κίνημα. Θα παρεμποδιστούν στην πράξη.
Στο μακιγιαρισμένο καπιταλιστικό σύστημα που δεν μπορεί να κρύψει την ασχήμια του, στους πολιτικούς και συνδικαλιστικούς του εκφραστές που προσπαθούν να υφαρπάξουν τη συναίνεσή μας απαντάμε με τους στίχους του Ρίτσου της Μάνας πάνω από το νεκρό παιδί της.
…και αντις τα αφταιγα στήθια μου να γδέρνω δες
Βαδίζω και πίσω από τα δάκρυά μου τον ήλιο αντικρύζω ………..
Ανοιχτή επιστολή της Δ.Α.Σ. για το 35ο Συνέδριο Γ.Σ.Ε.Ε.
Ανοιχτή επιστολή της Δ.Α.Σ., των δυνάμεων του ΠΑΜΕ στην Εργατική Τάξη, σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους της χώρας μας.
Στις 21-24 του Μάρτη στην Αλεξανδρούπολη πραγματοποιείται το 35ο Συνέδριο της Γ.Σ.Ε.Ε., μέσα σε συνθήκες βαθέματος της καπιταλιστικής κρίσης, που συνοδεύεται με παρατεταμένη και άγρια αντεργατική επίθεση στο σύνολο των κατακτήσεων και δικαιωμάτων των εργαζομένων.
Όλο αυτό το διάστημα η πλειοψηφία της Γ.Σ.Ε.Ε., ο εργοδοτικός και κυβερνητικός συνδικαλισμός στο σύνολό του, σαν «καλός» κοινωνικός εταίρος της Κυβέρνησης και του ΣΕΒ με την στάση του και προπαντός με τη δράση του έβαλε πλάτη να υλοποιηθούν οι σχεδιασμοί των κυβερνήσεων του κεφαλαίου, της Ε.Ε. και του Δ.Ν.Τ.
Σήμερα μπροστά στην ανάγκη να παραμείνει ισχυρός, να συνεχίζει να παίζει ρόλο στη νέα κατάσταση που διαμορφώνεται, προσπαθεί με όλα τα μέσα να διατηρήσει τις δυνάμεις του.
Στο 35ο Συνέδριο της Γ.Σ.Ε.Ε. τα κρούσματα νοθείας και αλλοίωσης των πραγματικών συσχετισμών δε θα λείπουν, με ευθύνη των παρατάξεων του κυβερνητικού και εργοδοτικού συνδικαλισμού, παρόλες τις προσπάθειες που η Δ.Α.Σ. έκανε να περιορίσει όσο ήταν δυνατόν αυτή τη γάγγραινα του Συνδικαλιστικού Κινήματος.
Ενδεικτικά αναφέρουμε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις:

Στην ΠΝΟ ζει και βασιλεύει ο 330, το αντεργατικό τερατούργημα του 1976 και όχι ο νόμος 1264 όπως στις υπόλοιπες οργανώσεις για ένα ακόμα συνέδριο. Νόμος όπου η πλειοψηφία αποκλείει τις υπόλοιπες δυνάμεις και εκλέγει όλους τους αντιπροσώπους. Οι εφοπλιστές καταφέρνουν 37 χρόνια τώρα να διατηρούν για τους εργάτες της θάλασσας δικούς τους νόμους.

Παρόμοια η κατάσταση και με τα εκφορτωτικά σωματεία που στέλνουν αντιπροσώπους στη δευτεροβάθμια με ψηφίσαντα μέλη ακόμα και με μονοψήφιο αριθμό.

Η Ομοσπονδία Υπαλλήλων Προσωπικού Ασφαλείας Ελλάδος (ΟΜ.Υ.Π.Α.Ε.) συνεχίζει να προκαλεί. Οι δεσμεύσεις που έχει αναλάβει σε προηγούμενο συνέδριο για «καθαρές εκλογές» τις έγραψε στα παλιά της τα παπούτσια. Στο 35ο Συνέδριο φέρνει 10 αντιπροσώπους . Σε ελάχιστο χρόνο – 2 ημέρες – στο Αγωνιζόμενο Κλαδικό Σωματείο Προσωπικού Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλειας !! (Α.Κ.Σ.Π.Ι.Α.) ψήφισαν 2.979 μέλη !!!
Επίσης το Συνδικάτο Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων Προσωπικού Ασφαλείας
(Σ.ΙΔ.Υ.ΠΑ.) από τις 8 το πρωί μέχρι τις 5 το απόγευμα σε τρείς μέρες
ψήφισαν σε 2 κάλπες για Δ.Σ. – Εξελεγκτική Επιτροπή και Αντιπροσώπων
στην Ομοσπονδία 3.393 λένε μέλη !!! Σε έναν χώρο όπου οι εργαζόμενοι
των 400 ευρώ δουλεύουν 11 και 12 ώρες χωρίς ανάσα, έσπασαν όλα τα
ρεκόρ σε ταχύτητα και σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα ψήφιζαν!!!! Στην οργάνωση αυτή για το μοίρασμα των κουκιών γίνετε μάχη ανάμεσα σε ΠΑΣΚΕ – ΔΑΚΕ και τελευταία την Α.Π.

Πάρτι νοθείας επίσης στα παραρτήματα των εργαζομένων της ΔΕΗ στο Ε.Κ. Κοζάνης από την ΠΑΣΚΕ κύρια και την ΔΑΚΕ όπου ψηφίζουν στη ΓΕΝΟΠ και στην ΟΜΕ και στο Εργατικό Κέντρο. Ο Σύλλογος Πτυχιούχων Μηχανικών ΔΕΗ, 2 Σωματεία της ΕΤΕ–ΔΕΗ, 2 Σωματεία της ΠΕΠ–ΔΕΗ , η Ένωση Διοικητικού και Οικονομικού Προσωπικού ΔΕΗ, οι Ιατρικοί Επισκέπτες Δ.Μακεδονίας.

Στο Ε.Κ. Ηρακλείου, σωματεία επιρροής της ΠΑΣΚΕ όπως το Σωματείο Οδηγών Ταξί Ν.Ηρακλείου, το Συνδικάτο Αστικών και Υπεραστικών ΚΤΕΛ Αν. Κρήτης, η Ένωση Τεχνικών Ιδιωτικής Τηλεόρασης Κρήτης, ο Σύλλογος ΕΛΤΑ Ν.Ηρακλείου ψήφισαν και στις Ομοσπονδίες τους.

Στην Καλαμπάκα τα σωματεία φαντάσματα Πανθεσσαλικό που στην Ομοσπονδία Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων το εξαφάνισαν και το Συνδικάτο Μετάλλου που ήδη βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη δικαστική έρευνα, φέρνουν αντιπρόσωπο!! Και η ΠΑΣΚΕ βρίσκεται και εδώ ξανά εκτεθειμένη και μάλιστα ανεπανόρθωτα.

Στο Νομό Πέλλας, τα τρία Εργατικά Κέντρα φέρνουν 8 αντιπροσώπους !!! Στην Έδεσσα τα 2 Ε.Κ. ένα ΠΑΣΚΕ και 1 ΔΑΚΕ από τρεις αντιπροσώπους έκαστος, έχουν συνολικά περίπου 23 ίδια σχεδόν σωματεία. π.χ. Επεξεργασίας Αγροτικών Προϊόντων Φρούτων Λαχανικών. Στα Γιαννιτσά το Σωματείο Φορτοεκφορτωτών έκανε αρχαιρεσίες χωρίς δικαστικό αντιπρόσωπο και οι 37 ψηφίσαντες δίνουν άλλον έναν αντιπρόσωπο στην ΠΑΣΚΕ.

Εκεί όμως που η νοθεία «βγάζει μάτια» είναι στην Αργολίδα, όπου τα Ε.Κ. Άργους και Ναυπλίου κάνουν θραύση, η ΔΑΚΕ σ’ αυτά τα εργατικά κέντρα έδωσε τα ρέστα της. Αφού στέλνουν 7 αντιπροσώπους !!! Στο Άργος 802 ψήφισαν στην επεξεργασία αγροτικών προϊόντων, άλλοι 898 ψήφισαν στα συσκευαστήρια, 410 στα καταστήματα τροφίμων, 247 ψήφισαν από τους φούρνους ! 249 από τον τύπο και χαρτί, 268 στις τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις, 334 χειριστές μηχανοδηγοί, 210 μηχανοτεχνίτες, 190 ηλεκτροτεχνίτες, 280 ιδιωτικοί υπάλληλοι, 170 κλωστοϋφαντουργοί, 110 στις ανασκαφές, 110 επίσης πλινθοποιοί – κεραμοποιοί.

Στο Ναύπλιο 304 στην κονσερβοποιία, 413 στο καφεζ/ριων και ξεν/χειων ύπνου & μπαρ, 216 σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία και επισιτιστικά καταστήματα στην Ερμιονίδα κλπ. Στο Ναύπλιο από τα 9 Σωματεία, τα 5 έκαναν εκλογές χωρίς δικαστικό αντιπρόσωπο!! Στο Άργος οι καταστάσεις ψηφισάντων και τα μητρώα μελών σε αρκετά σωματεία δεν έχουν παρά ένα όνομα, στο Σωματείο Τροφίμων π.χ. πέρα από τις άλλες παρατυπίες, μέλος του Δ.Σ. του Σωματείου δεν υπάρχει ούτε στο μητρώο μελών, ούτε στην κατάσταση ψηφισάντων!!

Στην Ευρυτανία το ΕΚ επιρροής της ΠΑΣΚΕ σε 4 Σωματεία έκαναν εκλογές ανά 2, την ίδια μέρα με τον ίδιο δικαστικό αντιπρόσωπο!!! Ο δικαστικός έδωσε βεβαίωση, ότι από τις 10 το πρωί μέχρι τις 12, στις 8 Απρίλη του 2012 ψήφισαν 160 οικοδόμοι και από τις 12:05 μέχρι τις 2 την ίδια μέρα, ψήφισαν άλλοι 161 εργαζόμενοι στο Σωματείο Τεχνικών Έργων και Συναφών !!! Ο ίδιος δικαστικός στις 17 Οκτώβρη του 2012 παρέστη στις εκλογές του Σωματείου Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων, όπου από τις 5 το απόγευμα μέχρι τις 7 της ίδιας μέρας ψήφισαν 144 εργαζόμενοι και από τις 7:05 μέχρι τις 8μ.μ. της ίδιας μέρας στο Σωματείο Δασεργατών και Συναφών Επαγγελμάτων ψήφισαν 36 εργαζόμενοι.
Μεγάλη μάχη για τον έλεγχο Συνδικαλιστικών Οργανώσεων στο εμπόριο, μέσα από την Ομοσπονδία Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων, δίνουν οι μεγάλοι επιχειρηματίες των πολυκαταστημάτων Σούπερ Μάρκετ κλπ. Σε αυτούς τους χώρους χέρι-χέρι με την εργοδοσία συνδικαλιστές της Α.Π. του Σύριζα κάνουν θραύση. Σωματεία που εμφανίζονται σε κάθε Συνέδριο της Ομοσπονδίας ή των Ε.Κ. με δεκάδες αντιπροσώπους που εκλέγονται σε συνεργασία με την μεγαλοεργοδοσία, αλλοιώνουν με βάναυσο και προκλητικό τρόπο τη νοημοσύνη όλων των εργαζομένων, τα παραδείγματα με το Κλαδικό Σωματείο Τροφίμων και Εμπορίου με 4.600 ψηφίσαντα μέλη περίπου και του Σωματείου των Εργαζομένων στο Σκλαβενίτη με 2.208 είναι χαρακτηριστικές περιπτώσεις. Σωματεία όπου τα μέλη των διοικητικών συμβουλίων είναι διευθυντικά στελέχη των επιχειρήσεων.
Οι Συνδικαλιστικές Οργανώσεις της Εργατικής Τάξης, όλο το Συνδικαλιστικό Κίνημα ανεξάρτητα αν συμφωνεί σε όλα με τις δυνάμεις του ΠΑΜΕ, έχουν πολύ δρόμο ακόμα μπροστά τους μέχρι να καταφέρουν να περιορίσουν αυτά τα εκφυλιστικά φαινόμενα που έχουν στοιχήσει ανεπανόρθωτα στους εργαζόμενους.
Ο δρόμος για Συνδικάτα αγωνιστικά, ταξικά προσανατολισμένα, όργανα πάλης στα χέρια των εργαζομένων είναι ακόμα μακρύς και δύσκολος. Το ΠΑΜΕ και οι δυνάμεις του αυτόν το δρόμο θα συνεχίσουν να διαβαίνουν όσο σκληροτράχηλος και αν είναι, οι εργαζόμενοι αυτόν το δρόμο πρέπει να διαλέξουν για να ελπίζουν σε ένα καλύτερο αύριο για το Συνδικαλιστικό Κίνημα της χώρας μας.

Σε επίπεδα εξαθλίωσης τα μεροκάματα
Η επίθεση της κυβέρνησης στις συλλογικές συμβάσεις κορυφώνεται. Δεν τους αρκεί ο ήδη νομοθετημένος κατώτερος μισθός στα εξευτελιστικά επίπεδα των 586 ευρώ και στα 511 ευρώ για τους νέους αλλά προσπαθούν με κάθε τρόπο να καθηλώσουν ακόμα περισσότερο τα μεροκάματα σε επίπεδα εξαθλίωσης.
Με νέα πράξη νομοθετικού περιεχομένου επιδιώκουν να βάλουν νέα εμπόδια στους χιλιάδες ανειδίκευτους και χαμηλόμισθους εργαζόμενους που αγωνίζονται για μισθούς που να ανταποκρίνονται στις ανάγκες της εργατικής-λαϊκής οικογένειας. Το κράτος μπαίνει μπροστά ως συλλογικός υπερασπιστής των επιχειρηματικών ομίλων για να προστατέψει τα κέρδη τους, να τους δείξει το δρόμο μπροστά στη λήξη εκατοντάδων κλαδικών συλλογικών συμβάσεων.
Θέλουν μισθούς-ξεροκόμματο που τον πρώτο και τελευταίο λόγο για το ύψος τους θα τον έχει η κυβέρνηση, βάζοντας φρένο σε διεκδικήσεις και συλλογικές διαπραγματεύσεις. Μισθούς που θα εξαρτώνται από τους δείκτες της ανταγωνιστικότητας και τα ποσοστά της ανεργίας, δηλαδή από το μέγεθος των θησαυροφυλακίων των επιχειρηματικών ομίλων και την κερδοφορία τους.
Καλούμε τα σωματεία, τις συνδικαλιστικές οργανώσεις να πάρουν μέτρα οργάνωσης και αντίστασης στους κλάδους και στους τόπους δουλειάς. Να υπογραφτεί τώρα η Εθνική Γενική Συλλογική Σύμβαση Εργασίας. Υπεράσπιση των κλαδικών συμβάσεων και πάλη για την υπογραφή νέων με βάση τους κλαδικούς μισθούς. Να συζητηθεί η πρόταση των δυνάμεων του ΠΑΜΕ, στα όργανα της ΓΣΕΕ. Κανείς να μην εργάζεται χωρίς συλλογική σύμβαση. Κανένας μόνος του.

Queridos compañeros :
De parte de la dirección de PAME y de los sindicatos clasistas de nuestro país, queremos transmitir les nuestros saludos militantes a todos los que participan al Consejo Presidencial de la FSM.
Creemos que el informe de acción de la FSM para el 2012 fue rico en acciones .
Desgraciadamente, no puedo asistir a esta importante reunión del Consejo Presidencial, ya que el 9 de Marzo tenemos organizadas manifestaciones en todas las ciudades de Grecia y en Atenas, también durante la misma fecha en la que se hará la reunión, serealizará el Congreso de la Federación de la cual soy miembro.
Queridos compañeros:
Los grandes grupos monopolistas y su personal político en Grecia y en Europa preparan para la clase obrera una vida infernal sin derechos, sin convenios colectivos.
En especial, quieren robar de los jóvenes todo su vigor, su fuerza y pagarla con salarios de miseria, obteniendo así enormes beneficios. Quieren una clase obrera, sin lucha colectiva, sin sindicatos, con la cabeza inclinada, una clase obrera sometida teniendo conciencia de lógica ¨no importa que trabajo es, solamente que sea un trabajo¨ . Quieren que la clase obrera acepte que el capital es poderoso y no hay otra manera.
En nuestro país y en todos los países de Europa el desempleo sigue aumentando. Así revela la gran mentira que fue la confirmación de los gobiernos de la UE de que con la reducción de los salarios y la ampliación de la flexibilidad laboral enfrentarían al desempleo. Regiones enteras se han convertido en cementerios de las fábricas y de empresas cerradas.
Y como si no fueran suficientes estos sufrimientos, el gobierno impone nuevos impuestos. Se prepara a proceder a expropiaciones de casas al beneficio del capital bancario. Las nuevas medidas fiscales atacan a los trabajadores autónomos que no pueden pagar los nuevos impuestos y los elimina la acción de los grandes grupos empresariales.
La lucha por los Convenios Colectivos fue un punto de referencia en las luchas de clase. Tiene que ver, entre otros con la voluntad de la clase obrera a rechazar el ataque del capital. Su plan es una opción estratégica. Se trata de una lucha a nivel nacional y sectorial que su resultado será evaluado cada vez por la correlación de fuerza, la buena planificación, organización y la acción militante de las nuestras fuerzas. No subestimamos las dificultades de esta batalla. Un asunto importante es el cambio de la correlación de fuerza y aumentar el nivel de la organización de la clase obrera.
Sabemos que la lucha será larga y difícil. La lucha que hagamos la que seguramente tendrá intensificaciones, existe la esperanza y la fuerza para derrocar a las políticas antipopulares.
El movimiento clasista de nuestro país (con sus debilidades), las federaciones, los Centros Regionales, los decenas de sindicatos con los miles de trabajadores y trabajadoras, luchan cada día en los lugares del trabajo. Contribuyendo así a la organización de la clase obrera, a la agrupación de fuerzas y a la revelación del daño que hace el sindicalismo gubernamental patronal. Contra el terrorismo y la represión del gobierno y de los empleadores.
El movimiento laboral clasista muestra la perspectiva que debe tener nuestra lucha por un camino de desarrollo contra los monopolios y la explotación.
Queremos plantear a toda la clase obrera y a todos ustedes una pregunta más y tenemos que responderlo: ¿A quién sirven las políticas que aplican los gobiernos y la UE?
Nuestra respuesta es que los gobiernos y la UE sirven los intereses del capital contra al pueblo y los trabajadores.
Existen direcciones sindicales como CES que dicen: ¨Podemos vivir mejor. Podemos coexistir con los empresarios sanos y los trabajadores. Con la Unión Europea con la clase obrera¨. Estas direcciones sindicales tienen como objetivo la desorientación de la clase obrera, llevarla a las lógicas del compromiso.
Pero los acontecimientos confirman solamente una cosa, que, salida de la crisis no puede existir a favor de las multinacionales y a favor de los trabajadores. No puede ser a favor de los intereses de los empresarios y de los derechos del pueblo. Todos ellos engañan conscientemente al pueblo.
El único camino es contraatacar los monopolios, la lucha para poner obstáculos a la política antipopular con la alianza popular, para la liberación de la UE.
La clase obrera, las capas populares, no deben tener ninguna tolerancia, no hay que darle ningún apoyo a aquellos que están hablando sobre este desarrollo. Nadie debe esperar nada bueno del gran capital, de la UE y de los gobiernos. No tienen nada que ver los pueblos con ellos.
Queridos compañeros:
Vivimos en un etapa que está caracterizada por dos elementos fundamentales:
a) la manifestación de la profunda crisis económica del capitalismo en los países de la UE (en algunas más profundas que las otras como en Grecia, España, Portugal, Italia y en otras menos), y también en los EE.UU y Japón. Una crisis cíclica del capitalismo que se manifestó desde el principio del ´90 por el Tratado de Maastricht después de un período de reestructuración antipopular y han contribuido a la concentración de enormes ganancias para el capital y demolición de derechos laborales. El resultado es el cierre de empresas, despidos, pobreza, disminución de derechos. Los desempleados en Europa han llegado a los 25 millones.
En este ámbito, el gran capital, la UE y los gobiernos (socialdemócratas y neoliberales) han convocado una guerra contra la clase obrera y las capas populares, para salir de su crisis.
b) La creciente agresividad del imperialismo, con guerras e intervenciones. Sean los EE.UU, la OTAN, la UE, si gobiernan los liberales o los socialdemócratas no dudan derramar la sangre de los pueblos, para asegurar sus intereses imperialistas.
Los acontecimientos en Siria es parte de plan estratégico ¨Gran Oriente Medio¨ elaborado por la OTAN sobre la democratización de los países del Oriente Medio y de África del Norte. Pero lo importante es que este plan expresa la competencia y las contradicciones interimperialistas por la explotación de los recursos naturales, planificación de nuevas fronteras y esferas de influencia.
Los Balcanes, Libia, Irak, Afganistán etc. han enfrentado la misma situación. El Mar Egeo y los Balcanes están en un estado crítico. Todo esto, sin embargo, no tiene nada que ver con los intereses de los pueblos de los Balcanes, al contrario lleva a tensiones y a guerras.
Al mismo tiempo en Portugal, en España, en Italia, en Bulgaria, en Grecia y en otros países, cientos de miles de trabajadores manifiestan de manera dinámica.
Hoy, como nunca antes en la historia de Europa es necesaria que la creación en cada país de un polo clasista el que será coordinado por la Oficina Europea de la FSM.
Nosotros como PAME, contribuimos con todas nuestras fuerzas a ayudar en esta dirección.

Hace unos días, el Secretariado Ejecutivo de PAME, hizo una reunión con los compañeros que han sido electos en las Federaciones Internacionales Sectoriales de la FSM. PAME participa a la 10 Federaciones Sectoriales Internacionales.
Tomamos en cuenta las debilidades de nuestra acción y decidimos que cerca de cada compañero que es elegido a las Uniones Internaciones de Sindicatos habrá un grupo de compañeros el que apoyarán su trabajo.
También decidimos preparar posiciones elaboradas sobre temas como son el papel de las multinacionales en medicina, en alimentación, la crisis, las comunicaciones marítimas etc.
Por último, discutimos especialmente sobre la Internacional Sectorial del Turismo (HOTOUR), de la cual tenemos la responsabilidad y no hay ninguna acción. Por este motivo realizamos una reunión con el compañero Manuel Montero del Secretariado de la FSM y examinamos todos los escenarios y las posibilidades.
El hecho que las relaciones internacionales tienen un gran costo financiero para nuestros sindicatos, en un periodo de crisis complica nuestra acción. Pero como en el pasado así y ahora, el movimiento clasista encontrará la manera de coordinar su acción y expresar decisivamente su solidaridad.
PAME seguirá apoyando la acción de la FSM y de la campaña la que vamos a efectuar en los próximos meses una cantidad de dinero se pondrá a disposición de nuestra acción internacional.

Message of PAME at the WFTU Presidential Council
Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the leadership of PAME and the class-oriented trade unions of our country, we would like to transfer our militant greetings to all the participants of the WFTU Presidential Council.
We believe that the WFTU action review for 2012 is rich in actions.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this important meeting of the Presidential Council because we have demonstrations in all cities of Greece on March 9, and of course in Athens a demonstration and a rally will take place. Also the Congress of the Federation of which I am a member will take place on the same days with the Presidential Council.
Dear colleagues,
The big monopoly groups and their political staff in Greece and in Europe prepare a life of hell for the working class, without any rights, without collective contracts.
They particularly want to take away from the youth, all the vividness, all its energy and to repay them with starvation wages, and by this, creating huge profits. They want the working class without collective struggle, without trade unions, bent to their knees, being subjugated. They want the working class to live by the moto “to have a job no matter what”. They want the working class to bow before the capital and its power and to believe that there is no alternative.
In our country, and in all the countries of Europe, unemployment increases rapidly. Thus, the claim of the government and the E.U. that through the reduction of wages and the extension of flexible forms of employment they would stop unemployment is revealed as a huge lie. Entire regions have become graveyards of closed factories and corporations.
As if these sufferings were not enough, the government of our country imposes new taxes. It prepares to proceed to seizures of houses for the benefit of the bank capital. The new tax measures also attack the self-employed who are unable to pay the new taxes and they are eliminated by the activity of big coorporations.
The struggle for Collective Contracts is an important battle. It has to do, among others, with the will of the working class to counterattack the capital’s aggressiveness. Their planning is a choice of strategic importance. It is a struggle at national and sectoral level whose results will be judged each time by the correlation of forces and the good planning, by the organization and the militant attitude of our forces. We do not underestimate the difficulty of this struggle. The changing of the correlation and the raising up of the organizational level of the working class are important issues.
The Collective Contracts were key issues for the class-oriented struggles. Within this struggle, within this conflict the working class was forming all of its rights, according to the correlation of forces every time. It strengthened its unity, its education for the terms and conditions of the struggle. It distinguished friends and enemies; it strengthened the confrontation with the governmental and employers’ trade unionism.
We know that the struggle will be long-lasting and difficult. So, there is hope in our struggle, there is the force that can reverse the anti people policies. This struggle will surely have continuation and escalation.
The class-oriented labour movement of our country (with whatever weaknesses we might have), the Federations, the Regional Trade Union Centers, the dozens of trade unions with the thousands of working men and women, struggle every day in the workplaces. Thus, they put a small brick to the organization of the working class, to the concentration of forces, to the revealing of the damages done by the governmental and employers’ trade unionism. Opposing to the terrorism and authoritarianism of the government and the employers.
The class-oriented labor movement shows the perspective that our struggle should have, for a path of development that will release the workers from the chains of the monopolistic groups and from exploitation.
We want to set one more question to the working class and to all of you and to answer it: Who serves the policies that the governments and the E.U. follow?
We answer that the governments and the E.U. serve the interests of the capital and that those are at the expense of the people.
There are trade union leaders, such as the ETUC, who say that we can live a little better together the “healthy corporations” the workers. Together the E.U. and the working class. These trade union leaders aim at disorientating the working class, leading it to compromise.
But the developments themselves confirm one thing. Exit from the crisis cannot exist in favour of multinationals and in favour of the workers. You cannot be together with the interests of the capital and with the rights of the people. They all lie; they consciously deceive the people. One-wayroadis the counterattack to the monopolies, the struggle to create obstacles to the antipopular policy, with popular alliance, for the disengagement from the E.U.
The working class, the popular strata should show no tolerance, no support to those who talk about such a development. Nobody should wait for better days from the big capital, the E.U. and their governments. People have nothing common with them.

We live in a period characterized by two main elements:

The manifestation of the deep economic crisis of capitalism in the E.U. countries (other countries are affected more such as Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy and others less) but also in the U.S.A and in Japan. This is a cyclical capitalist crisis, which is manifested after a period of generalized antipopular restructurings since the early ’90s with the Maastricht Treaty, and contributed to the concentration of huge profits for the capital, with demolition of labor conquests. The results are: business closures, dismissals, poverty, crushing of labor rights. The unemployed people in Europe reached 25 million. In these circumstances, the big capital, the E.U. and the governments (social democratic and neoliberal) have launched a ruthless war against the working class and the popular strata, to exit from their crisis.

The increasing aggressiveness of imperialism with wars and interventions. Either the United States of America, or the NATO, or the E.U., either neoliberals govern, or social democrats, they do not hesitate to bring whole populations into bloodbaths to satisfy their imperialistic interests. The developments in Syria are part of the imperialist plan for the “Big Middle East”, elaborated by the NATO, supposedly to democratize the countries of Middle East and North Africa. In essence, this plan expresses the inter-imperialist contradictions and rivalries on how imperialists will gain access to the energy sources, how they will shape their spheres of influence, how they will engrave new borders. Balkans, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. have faced the same situation. The Aegean and the Balkans are in crucial situation. All these, however, have nothing to do with the interests of the peoples of the Balkans. On the contrary, they lead to tensions and wars.
At the same time hundreds of thousands of workers dynamically protest in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Greece and elsewhere.
Today there is a need, more than ever before in the history of Europe, for a class-oriented pole to be set up in every country of Europe, coordinated by the WFTU European Regional Office.
We, as PAME, will contribute with all our powers to help to this direction.
Dear colleagues,
A few days ago the Executive Secretariat of PAME met with our comrades who are elected in the TUIs of the WFTU. PAME participates in the 10 TUIs. We ascertained weaknesses of our action and thus next to our trade union cadres who are elected in the TUIs a group of comrades will be set to support their work.
We decided to prepare specific documents on several issues such as the role of multinationals in medicine, in food, crisis and sea transportation etc.
Finally, we especially discussed about the TUI Tourism (HOTOUR) for which we are responsible. It has not presented any activity and for this reason we discussed with the comrade Manuel Montero from the WFTU Secretariat and we examine all the scenarios.
It is a fact that international relations bear great financial expense for our trade unions, particularly this period. But, like in the past, in the same way now the class-oriented trade union movement will find the way to coordinate its action and dynamically express its solidarity. PAME will continue to support the WFTU activity and from the economic campaign that we will make the next months, an amount will be for our international action.

March 8, International Women’s Day All together in the demonstration at Propylaia, 6p.m
Working – unemployed -self-employed – farmers – young – immigrant women,
The 8th of March is not a typical anniversary dedicated to women. It is the day that marks the struggles of the working women, the women of the popular strata, for their liberation and their emancipation from exploitation and oppression by the capitalist employers and of all kinds of prejudice against them. It is a day, lesson for our generation and for the future ones, which shows the path of the militant demand for all those that belong to us, but we are deprived of. Against a system that wants us half-working, half-unemployed depending on the needs of the monopolies every time. In any case, what they want us, is being cheap labour force.
Today, more than ever before, the struggles of the past must become lightning examples for the struggles of today and the struggles of the future. We must be inspired and take example from the working women in textile who in 1857 New York City struggled for better working conditions, decent wages, less working hours. We must be inspired and take example from the thousands of the working women, the women farmers who were present in all the struggles of the labour and popular movement, in all the historical periods of our country, some of them, even by sacrificing their lives.
Thus today, there is no room for complacency and waiting. We must decisively, militantly respond in a pioneer way to the endless war that the government, the E.U., the IMF, the parties of the plutocracy have declared against us, so that the capitalists to overcome the crisis as painlessly as possible, by abolishing conquests and rights. No woman is in excess in the struggle for a future where our children and us, will get rid of the sufferings of unemployment and insecurity, poverty, rottenness and corruption, for a future where education, jobs and prosperity will be provided to our children and to us, for a future where the working women and men together with the poor farmers and the self-employed will be in charge. This perspective will come as a result of hard struggles.
Women, we break the chains of fear
Organized struggle against the monopolies for their total overthrow
We do not submit to the blackmailing dilemmas, we do no compromise with the poverty that they condemn us; we do not bend our heads against the terrorism and oppression that the employers and the coalition-government have launched. We will not tolerate their effort to stop us with the riot police and tear gases, with the threat of dismissals and unemployment.
We owe it to our children and to ourselves. We have the duty to struggle for a future that will ensure a decent life to our children. We do not have the right to leave as a heritage to them salaries of 200 and 300 euros, pension at very old age, unemployment and insecurity, the unbearable tax-robbery and the lack of education, in order for the monopolies to profit.
We are called to take a big decision in today’s conditions, of the deep and prolonged capitalist crisis, to respond to the dilemmas. Are we going to stay closed in our houses and recycling disappointment and fatalism, or we are going to take our lives into our own hands? Are we going to submit to a life of slavery without rights, with intensification of exploitation and inequality for women, where the political servants of monopolies have lead us, or are we going to struggle for conquests of today and a life without exploitation of man by man for our families and for us?
It is in our own hands to change things, provided that we will believe in our strength. We can win, as long as we stand up against the monopolies and their unions, the E.U. the European Central Bank, the IMF, as long as we say disengagement from this wolf pack, with unilateral cancellation of the debt, as long as the people will take the tools of the economy and power into their own hands.
We have to get rid of those who leave us without jobs, without electricity, without heating, without bread on the table, without doctors and medicines, without schools for our children, without perspective for the young women and men of the popular families. We must get rid of the capitalists.
We are not alone. We have the Social Alliance with us, the forces of resistance, of counterattack and of the class conflict which are integrated in PAME, PASEVE, PASY, OGE, MAS and struggle every day against the policies that degrade us and against the sold-out trade union leaders of the governmental and employers’ trade unionism, who support these policies. We have the Popular Committees in the neighbourhoods, expression of the Social Alliance. We need to meet there and fight so that the alliance of the people will strengthen in the neighbourhoods, with our participation and action in our trade unions, the Women’s Associations of OGE, the agricultural associations of PASY, the struggle committees of self-employed of PASEVE and the students of MAS.
The satisfaction of the needs of our families must become our flag. The capitalist system has proven that neither can, nor wants to satisfy them. We must aim for another power and economy, for another society, where the right to live and to work will be nonnegotiable.
We immediately demand:

Full-time and steady jobs for all.Ensure 7hour workday, 5 days – 35hour working week. No to the abolition of Sunday as a day off.

No to the abolition of the Collective Contracts. Signing of National General Collective Contract and branch contracts that will satisfy our contemporary needs.

Pension at 60 years of age for men and 55 for women. For those occupations categorized as heavy and unwholesome 5 years earlier. All the laws which attack the social security system must be abolished.

The head fines and the tax-robbery must be abolished.

Substantial protection of the unemployed by extending the duration of the unemployment benefits and raising it. The unemployment benefits to be granted for all the unemployed, without terms and conditions.

Free and full coverage of medical care for all the unemployed and uninsured, including their families, without terms and conditions.

Substantial protection of maternity for all the women who work, either they are employees, or self-employed, or farmers during pregnancy and lactation.

State owned, free nurseries and kindergartens, family planning centres. Exclusively free and public Education.

Trabajadoras, desempleadas, autónomas, campesinas, inmigrantes, jóvenes,
El 8 de Marzo no es un aniversario ordinario dedicado a las mujeres. Es el día marcado por la lucha de las obreras y las mujeres de las capas populares para su liberación y su emancipación contra la explotación y la opresión patronal capitalista y de todo tipo de prejuicios a su costa. Es una lección para nuestra generación y las generaciones venideras, un día que nos muestra el camino de reivindicación combativa para obtener todo lo que nos pertenece y nos lo privan. Contra un sistema que nos quiere medio-empleadas, medio desempleadas, según las necesidades de los monopolios cada vez. En todo caso, mano de obra barata.
Hoy, más que nunca, las luchas del pasado deben convertirse en ejemplo esclarecedor para las luchas de hoy y de mañana. Debemos tomar ejemplo e inspirarnos en las tejedoras que en 1857 en Nueva York han dado su propia lucha para mejores condiciones laborales, salarios dignos, menos horas de trabajo. Debemos tomar ejemplo e inspirarnos en las miles de obreras y campesinas que han estado presentes en todas las luchas del movimiento obrero y popular, hasta sacrificando sus propias vidas algunas de ellas, en todos los períodos históricos de nuestro país.
Así mismo debe ser hoy. Sin dejadez, sin tolerancia. Contestemos con firmeza, combatividad y siendo la vanguardia a la guerra incesable que nos han declarado el gobierno, la UE, el FMI, los partidos de la plutocracia a fin de que los capitalistas superen su crisis lo menos dolorosamente para ellos posible, derrocando conquistas y derechos. Nadie sobra en la lucha por un futuro en el cual, nosotras y nuestros hijos, estaremos librados del sufrimiento del desempleo y de la inseguridad, de la pobreza, de la podredumbre y la corrupción, por un futuro que proveerá el acceso a la educación, proveerá empleo y prosperidad para nosotros y nuestros hijos, por un futuro en que los que manden en nuestro país serán los trabajadores y las trabajadoras, junto con los campesinos pobres y los autónomos. Perspectiva que llegará como resultado de duras luchas.
Mujeres rompemos las cadenas del terror.
Lucha organizada contra los monopolios por su derrocamiento radical
No nos sometemos ante los chantajes, no nos conformamos con la pobreza a la que nos condenan, no bajamos la cabeza ante la intimidación y la represión que han lanzado la patronal y el gobierno. No vamos a tolerar que nos amordacen con las fuerzas de seguridad y los lacrimógenos, con la amenaza del despido y del desempleo.
Es nuestro deber para nosotros y para nuestros hijos. Es nuestro deber luchar por un futuro que les va garantizar una vida digna. No tenemos el derecho dejarles una herencia de salarios de 200 y 300 euros, jubilación a la vejez, desempleo e inseguridad, vagar laboral, impuestos insoportables e ignorancia, a fin que los monopolios tengan rentabilidad.
Bajo las condiciones actuales de crisis económica capitalista, profunda y prolongada, tenemos que tomar una gran decisión, para contestar a los dilemas. ¿Cuál será? Nos vamos a encerar dentro de nuestras casas y escondernos en nuestro caparazón, reciclando la decepción y el fatalismo o ¿vamos a tomar nuestra vida en nuestras propias manos? Nos vamos a conformar con una vida-esclavitud sin derechos, con mayor intensión de la explotación y desigualdad para las mujeres, en que nos han llevado los “servidores políticos” de los monopolios o ¿vamos a luchar para necesidades modernas y por una vida sin explotación del hombre por el hombre, para nosotros y nuestras familias?
Está en nuestras manos de cambiar las cosas, basta con creer en nuestra fuerza. Podemos vencer, con tal de que nos armemos de valor frente a los monopolios y sus uniones, la UE, el Banco Central Europeo, el FMI. Basta con que digamos fuera de las coaliciones falsas, con cancelación unilateral de la deuda, que el pueblo tome las herramientas de la economía y del poder en sus manos.
Es necesario acabar con aquellos que hoy nos dejan sin empleo, sin electricidad, sin calefacción, sin pan en la mesa, sin médicos y medicinas, sin escuelas para nuestros hijos, sin perspectiva para los jóvenes de las familias populares. Tenemos que acabar con los capitalistas.
No estamos solas. Tenemos a la Alianza Social, las fuerzas de resistencia, de contra ataque y de enfrentamiento de clase que se aglutinan a PAME, a PASEVE, PASY, OGE y MAS y cuales fuerzas dan diariamente la batalla contra las políticas que nos arruinan y contra las direcciones sindicales vendidas, que constituyen parte del mecanismo patronal y gubernamental y están apoyando dichas políticas. Tenemos a los Comités Populares en los barrios, una expresión de la Alianza Social. Es ahí donde tenemos que reunirnos y luchar juntos a fin de fortalecer la alianza del pueblo en los barios, con nuestra participación en nuestros sindicatos laborales, en las asociaciones de mujeres de OGE, en las asociaciones campesinas de PASY, en los comités de lucha de los autónomos de PASEVE y con los estudiantes de MAS.
Nuestra bandera debe ser la satisfacción de nuestras necesidades, y aquellas de nuestras familias. El sistema capitalista ha comprobado evidentemente que ni puede, ni quiere satisfacerlas. Emprendamos la marcha por otro poder y otra economía, por una sociedad diferente, donde el derecho a la vida y al empleo serán innegociables.
Exigimos:

Trabajo pleno y fijo para todos. 7 horas por día – 5 días por semana – 35 horas por semana. No a la cancelación del festivo del Domingo.

No a la abolición de los convenios colectivos. Firmar el Convenio Colectivo Nacional según nuestras necesidades actuales.

Jubilación a los 60 años de edad para los hombres, a los 55 años de edad para las mujeres y a los 55 años y 50 para los que trabajan en profesiones pesadas e insalubres. Abolición de todas las leyes anti seguriales.

La abolición de todo tipo de impuestos – estafadores

Protección sustancial de los desempleados con la prolongación y el aumento del subsidio de paro. Subsidio de paro para todos los desempleados sin requisitos.

Plena atención médica para todos los desempleados y sus familias sin requisitos.

Protección sustancial de la maternidad para las autónomas y las campesinas durante el embarazo y el puerperio.

Guarderías y centros de planificación familiar, públicos y gratuitos. Sistema de Educación exclusivamente público y gratuito.
