PAME participated in the events and the big antiimperialist demonstration in the 46th anniversary since the students-people’s uprising against the military dictatorship in 1973.

On Saturday, November 16, delegations of WFTU, PAME and the class unions laid wreaths in the building of the Polytechnic School in Athens, which was the center of the 73 uprising that led to the fall of the Junta. The events concluded with a big demonstration in front of the USA Embassy in Athens, condemning the role of the imperialists and their interventions then and today against the peoples.
