Workers’ Strikes in Construction and Telecom

 Workers in many sectors continue and escalate their struggle demanding Collective Contracts and better working conditions

On Friday, April 19 took place a strike by the Construction Workers’ Union of Athens at the construction site of Phaliro renovation.

Also, on Friday and Saturday, April 19-20, the Telecom Workers’ Union of Athens (SETIP) held a 2day Strike at the National Telecom Organization (OTE) a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.

Both strikes met great success and participation by the workers
