PAME, representing the class Trade Union movement of Greece, expresses indignation for the employers’ crimes in Pakistan Panel Product (Pvt) Ltd, which had as a result the death of our two colleagues and the disability of the other two.

PAME Executive Secretariat strongly supports the demands of All Pakistan Trade Union Federation to :

• Register case against the employer and arrest him

• Pay the compensation of RS. 1500,000 to deceased family

• Implement health and safety measure

• Provide better treatment to injured workers and bear all expenses

• Management recognize Pakistan Panel Product Ltd. Worker Union and start negotiations for the acceptance of workers demands

• Reinstate all terminated workers

We urge workers to continue their struggle defending their rights in decent and safe work, with wages that satisfy their real modern needs.
