¡Eso es! Suspenden el salario mínimo, los contratos colectivos y lo que ha quedado de relaciones laborales, de derechos de seguridad social, de prestaciones sociales y de los subsidios del paro. Están intentando de desregular la jornada laboral diaria, suprimir el descanso de domingo, esclavizar los trabajadores y encadenarlos, convertir los lugares de trabajo en galeras modernas.
¡Que todo quede inmovilizado!
¡Que paren las máquinas, que cierren las tiendas, que paralice el país entero!
¡Que toda ciudad su hunda por la protesta popular!
Cada fábrica, cada empresa, cada oficina, cada escuela, cada tienda, todos y todas a la huelga.

Promulgando la ley de salario mínimo, en realidad anulan el convenio colectivo y las negociaciones colectivas. Con la anulación del Convenio Colectivo General Nacional se afectan todos los trabajadores y no sólo los que reciben el salario mínimo. Gobierno, capital y la Unión Europea están cancelando todo lo que está incluido en los Convenios Colectivos a nivel económico e institucional, como los subsidios, los permisos, los trienios. Recortan de nuevo las indemnizaciones por despido. Aumentan la semana laboral a los 6 días, en todos los sectores. Fijan el descanso diario mínimo a 11 horas, que significa 13 horas de trabajo al día sin pago suplementario.

¡No te quedes arrodillado! No te quedes al margen de la lucha. No te dejes engañar por los explotadores. No malgastes tus esperanzas con aquellos que te ven como clientela electoral para las próximas elecciones.

Ven, tú también, incorpórate a la organización y la ofensiva de nuestra clase, aunque nunca hayas participado a una huelga hasta ahora. Contribuya para que la huelga les de una respuesta, les sacuda. Que no aceptemos a trabajar 13 horas, sin derechos, por 400 euros. No aceptemos el desempleo como si fuese un fenómeno natural.

Tiremos a la basura las banderas extranjeras. Que ningún obrero se deje llevar por la agudización de las competencias. La visita de Merkel se realizó para promover y apoyar los intereses de los capitalistas alemanes, pero también los intereses de todo el capital en la UE y en Grecia frente a otros polos imperialistas. Todos ellos están unidos frente a la clase obrera, porque saben bien que con la explotación, el sudor y la sangre de los obreros, se enriquecen.
¡NINGÚN SACRIFICIO PARA SALVAR LAS GANANCIAS DE LOS MONOPOLIOS!
¡Que nadie se deje engañar! Las medidas no tienen nada que ver con la deuda y los déficits, ni se toman por el bien de nuestro país. La deuda no creció a causa de la prosperidad del pueblo. El déficit en los fondos públicos y en los bolsillos de las familias populares es el resultado de las enormes ganancias de los empresarios, de los armadores, de la gran patronal, de los grupos monopolistas.
No existe lo que se denomina “interés nacional, objetivos nacionales y sacrificios nacionales”. Grecia como país es único, sin embargo no todos tenemos los mismos intereses. Las nuevas medidas bαrbaras, como las anteriores, no son malas para todos. Los monopolios, los industriales y la gran patronal las rebuscaban durante aρos y son los que sacan gran provecho de las medidas que nos empobrecen. Ellos trajeron los memorandos y los contratos de prιstamo para apoyar su rentabilidad. Es al servicio de aquellos que estαn el nuevo gobierno y sus aliados en la Uniσn Europea. Dichos buitres no son la patria. Patria somos nosotros, que producimos toda la riqueza y no unos pocos que la roban.

Las exigencias de la patronal revelan quι significa el desarrollo, del cual estαn hablando. Nos quieren trabajando por salarios de hambre, de sol a sol, sin derecho ninguno, para que puedan rellenar sus cofres en Suiza con nuestro sudor. Este es el desarrollo que quieren, con los trabajadores miserables y encadenados, manteniendo el desempleo a niveles altνsimos para amenazar y chantajear con el despido, a todos a los que exprimen.

Las mayorνas de GSEE y de ADEDY (organizaciones del sindicalismo gubernamental y patronal en el sector privado y pϊblico) en las federaciones y en los Centros Regionales, ni quieren ni pueden servir esta causa. Estαn del otro lado. Se trata de una burocracia organizada, bien vinculada con la patronal y el Estado.
Ahora se exige una lνnea de lucha que se enfrentarα con el sindicalismo gubernamental y patronal, el que siempre arrastra a los trabajadores al dialogo social. Fortalezcamos los sindicatos para convertirlos en castillos de resistencia frente a todo patrσn y su clase. Cambiemos la correlaciσn de fuerzas en el movimiento sindical.
Ninguna tolerancia, ningϊn retraso. El pueblo debe responder con tenacidad y combatividad, debe rechazar los chantajes y superar la intimidaciσn. Enough is enough! The government, capital and the E.U. abolish the minimum wage; they demolish the collective agreements and whatever has been left from labour relations and social security – pension rights, the social benefits and the unemployment benefits. They try to release the working-hours, to abolish the Sunday as a day off, to enslave and enchain workers and to transform the workplaces into modern galleys.
All the workplaces must be emptied!
All the machines must stop, the shops must close and the whole country must freeze.
All streets in every city must be full of protesting people!
Workers in every factory, every enterprise, every office, every school and every shop must participate in the strike.
We must not accept the modern slavery!
Through the legislation of the minimum wage, the institution of the collective bargaining and the collective agreements is abolished in essence. Through the abolition of the National General Collective Agreement all the workers are hit and not only those who take the minimum salary and day-wage. All the financial and institutional measures contained in the institution of Collective Agreements, e.g. the benefits from the years of work, the allowances, the leave etc. are abolished. They reduce once more the compensation in case of dismissals. They increase the maximum number of working days to 6 per week for all sectors. They define the minimum daily rest to 11 hours, thus 13 hours work per day without overtime being paid.
Working women and men, unemployed people, young women and men,
You must not bend to your knees! You must not remain uninvolved in the struggles that take place. You must not be fooled by the exploiters and their gang. You must not throw away your hopes to forces that face you as an electoral client for the next elections.
You have the power! You must gain courage! You must enter the struggle more decisively.
No gear turns without you! You produce all the wealth.
In the organization of the counterattack of our class you must join us, even if you have never gone on strike till now. You must also contribute so that this strike mobilization will give a response, to shake them. We must not accept to work for 13 hours per day without rights, for 400 euros. We must not accept unemployment as a natural phenomenon.
No more sacrifices for the salvation of the capitalists and the profits of the lenders.
THE PEOPLE DO NOT OWE TO ANYONE – THEY OWE TO THE PEOPLE
No worker must be carried away be the acuteness of the rivalries. Merkel’s visit took place in order to promote and support the interests of German capitalists, but also the interests of the whole capital in the E.U. and in Greece in relation to the other imperialist centers. They are all united against the working class because they know that they become richer by the exploitation, the sweat and the blood of workers.
NO SACRIFICE to save the profits of the monopolies.
No one must be fooled! These measures have nothing to do with the debt and deficits, nor are they for the good of our country. The debt was not created because of the prosperity of the people. The deficit in the public funds and in the pockets of peoples’ households is on the other side; it is caused by the huge profits of the industrialists, ship-owners, of the big employers and the monopolistic groups.
There is no national interest, national targets and national sacrifices. Greece as a country is one, but we do not have all the same interests! The new brutal measures, as the previous ones, are not bad for everyone. Monopolies, industrialists and the big employers have been seeking them for many years and they are the ones who have great benefit through the measures that degrade us. They brought memorandums and the loan agreements to support their profitability. The government and its allies in the European Union serve them. These predators are not the homeland. We, who create all the wealth, are the homeland and not the handful of parasites who steal this wealth.

DOWN WITH THE MEMORANDUMS AND THE MEASURES THAT IMPOVERISH PEOPLE
The employers’ demands indicate what the development they speak about means. They want us to work with wages of hunger, from sunrise till sunset, without any right, so that they can fill their vaults in Switzerland with our sweat. That is the kind of development they want, with the workers being impoverished and enchained, while unemployment will be sky-rocket high, to threaten and blackmail with dismissals those that are degraded.
NO TO THE ABOLITION OF THE MINIMUM SALARY AND DAY-WAGE
We demand the abolition of the loan agreements and memorandums, the exit of our country from the “wolf-alliance” of the European Union and the cancellation of the debt.
We struggle for a development that will not have profit as a criterion, but our needs for full-time and stable jobs for all, with decent wages, pensions, leisure time, free education for our children, ensured free health care for our families and security for the future. Development and production in benefit of the people and not of the monopolistic groups.
They are not omnipotent, they are not powerful.
We are more; we are the majority that suffers.
We have the power to impose our right!
We must organize the success of the strike in a planned way, through our everyday action and discussion within the factories and workplaces, in the trade unions, general meetings and neighbourhoods. The majorities of GSEE and ADEDY (the governmental and employers’ trade unionism in private and public sector), in Federations and Regional Trade Union Centers neither want, nor can serve this struggle. They are at the other side. They are an organized bureaucracy with close links with the employers and the state. A line of struggle is needed; the one which will conflict with the governmental and employers’ trade unionism that always drags the workers to the tables of social dialogue. The trade unions must be strengthened and become castles of resistance against every employer and their class. The correlation within the trade union movement must change.
No tolerance, no delay. The people must respond in a fighting, militant way to counterattack the blackmails, to overcome terrorism. A militant response must be given everywhere, in every factory and workplace, in every sector, in every popular neighbourhood. We must prevent the adoption and implementation of the new brutal measures.

Δεν πάει άλλο! Καταργούν τον κατώτερο μισθό, τσακίζουν τις συλλογικές συμβάσεις και ό,τι έχει απομείνει από τις εργασιακές σχέσεις και τα ασφαλιστικά – συνταξιοδοτικά δικαιώματα, τις κοινωνικές παροχές, τα επιδόματα ανεργίας. Επιχειρούν να απελευθερώσουν το ωράριο, να καταργήσουν την Κυριακάτικη αργία, να σκλαβώσουν και να περάσουν αλυσίδες στους εργαζόμενους, να μετατρέψουν τους χώρους δουλειάς σε σύγχρονα κάτεργα.
Να νεκρώσουν τα πάντα!
Να σταματήσουν μηχανές, να κλείσουν μαγαζιά, να παραλύσει η χώρα.
Να βουλιάξει κάθε πόλη από τη λαϊκή διαμαρτυρία!
Εργοστάσιο το εργοστάσιο, επιχείρηση την επιχείρηση, γραφείο το γραφείο, σχολείο το σχολείο, μαγαζί το μαγαζί, όλοι και όλες στην απεργία.
Nα μη δεχτούμε τη σύγχρονη σκλαβιά!
Με τη νομοθέτηση του κατώτατου μισθού καταργείται στην ουσία ο θεσμός της συλλογικής σύμβασης, των συλλογικών διαπραγματεύσεων. Με την κατάργηση της Εθνικής Γενικής Συλλογικής σύμβασης πλήττονται όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι και όχι μόνο εκείνοι που παίρνουν τον κατώτατο μισθό και μεροκάματο. Καταργούνται όλα τα οικονομικά και θεσμικά μέτρα που περιείχε ο θεσμός της Συλλογικής Σύμβασης, οι τριετίες, τα επιδόματα, η άδεια. Μειώνουν εκ νέου τις αποζημιώσεις σε περίπτωση απόλυσης. Αυξάνουν το μέγιστο αριθμό ημερών εργασίας σε 6 ανά βδομάδα για όλους τους τομείς. Ορίζουν την ελάχιστη ημερήσια ανάπαυση στις 11 ώρες, άρα 13 ώρες δουλειά τη μέρα χωρίς πληρωμή υπερωριών.
Εργαζόμενη, εργαζόμενε, άνεργε, νέα και νέε,
Μην κάθεσαι σκυφτός! Μη μένεις αμέτοχος στους αγώνες που γίνονται. Μην παραμυθιάζεσαι από τους εκμεταλλευτές και το συνάφι τους. Μη σκορπάς τις ελπίδες σου σε δυνάμεις που σε αντιμετωπίζουν ως εκλογική πελατεία για τις επόμενες εκλογές.
Εσύ έχεις τη δύναμη! Να ξεθαρρέψεις! Να μπεις στη μάχη πιο αποφασιστικά.
Χωρίς εσένα γρανάζι δε γυρνά! Εσύ παράγεις τον πλούτο.
Στην οργάνωση κι αντεπίθεση της τάξης μας έλα κι εσύ, που έως τώρα δεν έχεις απεργήσει. Να συμβάλλεις κι εσύ, ώστε η απεργιακή κινητοποίηση να δώσει απάντηση, να τους τραντάξει. Να μη δεχθούμε να δουλεύουμε 13 ώρες χωρίς δικαιώματα, για 400 ευρώ. Να μη δεχτούμε την ανεργία ως φυσικό φαινόμενο.

Τέρμα οι θυσίες για τη σωτήρια των κεφαλαιοκρατών και τα κέρδη των δανειστών
Να πετάξουμε τις ξένες σημαίες. Να μην παρασυρθεί κανένας εργάτης από την όξυνση των ανταγωνισμών. Η επίσκεψη της Μέρκελ πραγματοποιήθηκε για να προωθηθούν και να στηριχτούν τα συμφέροντα των Γερμανών καπιταλιστών, αλλά και τα συμφέροντα όλου του κεφαλαίου στην ΕΕ και στην Ελλάδα έναντι των άλλων ιμπεριαλιστικών κέντρων. Όλοι αυτοί είναι ενωμένοι απέναντι στην εργατική τάξη γιατί γνωρίζουν ότι από την εκμετάλλευση, τον ιδρώτα και το αίμα των εργατών, θησαυρίζουν.
ΚΑΜΙΑ ΘΥΣΙΑ για να σωθούν τα κέρδη των μονοπωλίων.
Κανένας να μην ξεγελαστεί! Τα μέτρα δεν έχουν σχέση με το χρέος και τα ελλείμματα, ούτε είναι για το καλό της χώρας μας. Το χρέος δε δημιουργήθηκε από την ευημερία του λαού. Το έλλειμμα στα δημόσια ταμεία και στις τσέπες των λαϊκών νοικοκυριών βρίσκεται στην άλλη όχθη, στα τεράστια κέρδη των βιομηχάνων, των εφοπλιστών, της μεγαλοεργοδοσίας, των μονοπολιακών ομίλων.
Δεν υπάρχει εθνικό συμφέρον, εθνικοί στόχοι και εθνικές θυσίες. Η Ελλάδα ως χώρα είναι μία, αλλά δεν έχουμε όλοι τα ίδια συμφέροντα! Τα νέα βάρβαρα μέτρα, όπως και τα προηγούμενα, δεν είναι άσχημα για όλους. Τα μονοπώλια, οι βιομήχανοι και οι μεγαλοεργοδότες τα αναζητούσαν χρόνια και είναι οι μεγάλοι κερδισμένοι των μέτρων που μας εξαθλιώνουν. Αυτοί έφεραν τα μνημόνια και τις δανειακές συμβάσεις για να στηρίξουν την κερδοφορία τους. Αυτούς υπηρετεί η νέα κυβέρνηση και οι σύμμαχοι της στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Τα αρπαχτικά αυτά δεν είναι η πατρίδα. Πατρίδα είμαστε εμείς που δημιουργούμε όλο τον πλούτο και όχι μια χούφτα παράσιτα που τον κλέβουν.

Μας θέλουν στη δουλειά με μεροκάματα πείνας, από ήλιο σε ήλιο, χωρίς κανένα δικαίωμα, για να μπορούν να γεμίζουν με τον ιδρώτα μας τα θησαυροφυλάκια τους στην Ελβετία. Αυτήν την ανάπτυξη θέλουν, με τους εργαζόμενους εξαθλιωμένους και αλυσοδεμένους, με παράλληλη ανεργία στα ύψη για να απειλούν και να εκβιάζουν με απόλυση όσους ξεζουμίζουν.
ΟΧΙ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΑΡΓΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΚΑΤΩΤΕΡΟΥ ΜΙΣΘΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΜΕΡΟΚΑΜΑΤΟΥ
Απαιτούμε την κατάργηση των δανειακών συμβάσεων και των μνημονίων, την έξοδο της χώρας μας από τη λυκοσυμμαχία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, τη διαγραφή του χρέους.
Αγωνιζόμαστε για μια ανάπτυξη που κριτήριο της δεν θα είναι το κέρδος, αλλά οι ανάγκες μας για δουλειά μόνιμη και σταθερή για όλους, με αξιοπρεπείς μισθούς, συντάξεις, ανάπαυση, δωρεάν μόρφωση για τα παιδιά μας, εξασφαλισμένη δωρεάν φροντίδα Υγείας για τις οικογένειές μας, ξεκούραση κι ασφάλεια για το μέλλον. Ανάπτυξη και παραγωγή προς όφελος του λαού και όχι των μονοπωλιακών ομίλων.
Δεν είναι παντοδύναμοι, δεν είναι πανίσχυροι.
Εμείς είμαστε πιο πολλοί, είμαστε η πλειοψηφία που υποφέρει.
Έχουμε τη δύναμη να επιβάλλουμε το δίκιο μας!
Με καθημερινή δράση και συζήτηση μέσα στα εργοστάσια και στους τόπους δουλειάς, στα σωματεία, στις γενικές συνελεύσεις, στις γειτονιές να οργανώσουμε σχεδιασμένα την επιτυχία της απεργίας. Οι πλειοψηφίες της ΓΣΕΕ και της ΑΔΕΔΥ, σε Ομοσπονδίες και Εργατικά κέντρα, ούτε θέλουν, ούτε μπορούν να υπηρετήσουν αυτόν τον αγώνα. Βρίσκονται απέναντι. Αποτελούν μια οργανωμένη γραφειοκρατία με στενούς δεσμούς με την εργοδοσία και το κράτος. Απαιτείται γραμμή πάλης που θα συγκρούεται με τον κυβερνητικό και εργοδοτικό συνδικαλισμό, που σέρνει συνεχώς στα τραπέζια του κοινωνικού διαλόγου τους εργαζόμενους. Να δυναμώσουμε τα σωματεία, να γίνουν κάστρα αντίστασης απέναντι σε κάθε εργοδότη και στην τάξη τους. Να αλλάξουν οι συσχετισμοί στο συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα.
Καμία ανοχή, καμία καθυστέρηση. Ο λαός πρέπει να απαντήσει αγωνιστικά, μαχητικά, να αποκρούσει τους εκβιασμούς, να ξεπεράσει την τρομοκρατία. Να δοθεί αγωνιστική απάντηση παντού, σε κάθε εργοστάσιο και χώρο δουλειάς, σε κάθε κλάδο, σε κάθε λαϊκή γειτονιά. Να αποτρέψουμε την ψήφιση και την υλοποίηση των νέων βάρβαρων μέτρων.
