Το ΠΑΜΕ συνεχίζοντας τις πρωτοβουλίες στήριξης και διεθνιστικής αλληλεγγύης, προς τους μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες, επισκέφτηκε σήμερα τους πρόσφυγες στο Ελληνικό και παρέδωσε είδη πρώτης ανάγκης (κουβέρτες, είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής και διατροφής) που συγκεντρώθηκαν από προσφορές συνδικαλιστικών οργανώσεων, εργαζομένων και λαϊκών επιτροπών.
We Strengthen Class Struggle and Internationalist Solidarity – We Honor the 70 Years of WFTU
PAME held a militant protest on Monday, September 28, at the Ministry of Labour of Greece, demanding Social Security Rights and Immediate measures for the protection of the Unemployed.
The Greek Government of SYRIZA aiming to impose the anti workers reforms of the new Memorandum, declared its intentions to attack whatever rights are left in Social Security, Pensions, and the trade union legislation. At the same time unemployment in Greece is officially more than 25%, and more than 50% for young workers.
The protest of PAME, under the banners of WFTU, was also a militant honor to the 70 Year Anniversary since the foundation of WFTU, which will be celebrated on October 3rd.

Για την σημερινή συνάντηση με τον Υπουργό Εργασίας
Ο «εξορθολογισμός και τα ενιαία κριτήρια» στο κοινωνικοασφαλιστικό σύστημα που ανέφερε ο υπουργός εργασίας στη σημερινή συνάντηση με εκπροσώπους εργατικών και συνταξιουχικών οργανώσεων, είναι το περιτύλιγμα του νέου σφαγιασμού στην κοινωνική ασφάλιση με συνεχείς μειώσεις και εξισώσεις προς τα κάτω σε συντάξεις και δικαιώματα, με απαλλαγή του κράτους και της εργοδοσίας. Τα νέα μέτρα θα πλήξουν ιδιαίτερα τους νέους εργαζόμενους, τη νεολαία.
Ο υπουργός εργασίας αναφέρθηκε σε μία νέα «αρχιτεκτονική» του κοινωνικοασφαλιστικού συστήματος είτε μέσω φορολογίας είτε μέσω άλλων «υβριδικών μορφών», η οποία βρίσκεται στην ίδια πολιτική κατεύθυνση που αντιμετωπίζει το δικαίωμα στη σύνταξη, στην πρόληψη και προστασία της Υγείας, την προστασία από εργατικό ατύχημα, σαν κόστος που επιβαρύνει την ανταγωνιστικότητα της οικονομίας, εμποδίζει την ανάπτυξη που έχει ως μοναδικό κριτήριο το κέρδος. Με βάση τα παραπάνω αν δεν αποτρέψουμε το νέο έγκλημα, θα έρθουν άμεσα νέες μειώσεις στις συντάξεις. Φυσικά η αρχιτεκτονική του νέου συστήματος δεν αναγνωρίζει καμία αναπλήρωση των απωλειών σε συντάξεις και δικαιώματα που χάθηκαν τα τελευταία χρόνια.
Τέλος, αναφορικά με την 5ετη διαφορά που υπήρχε στη συνταξιοδότηση ανδρών-γυναικών, γνώμη του υπουργού είναι πως η ισότητα στα δύο φύλα σημαίνει και πλήρη ταύτιση των κοινωνικοασφαλιστικών δικαιωμάτων ανάμεσα τους. Είναι θέσεις και απόψεις που πίσω από το μανδύα της προοδευτικότητας μας γυρνούν δεκαετίες πίσω, σε περιόδους άγριας εκμετάλλευσης των γυναικών.
Οι προτάσεις της «επιτροπής σοφών» που έχουν δει ως σήμερα το φως της δημοσιότητας πρέπει να επιστραφούν από συνδικάτα και εργαζόμενους ως απαράδεκτες! Είναι προτάσεις πρωτοφανούς σκληρότητας, συνεχίζουν και ολοκληρώνουν την επίθεση στα ασφαλιστικά και συνταξιοδοτικά δικαιώματα, με στόχο την πλήρη διάλυση του όποιου κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα της ασφάλισης έχει απομείνει.
Η φροντίδα για την Υγεία, την Πρόνοια, τις συντάξεις είναι δικαίωμα του λαού, βασικό συστατικό της ανάπτυξης και της κοινωνικής προόδου. Η Κοινωνική Ασφάλιση δεν είναι ατομική υπόθεση, του κάθε μέλους της κοινωνίας ξεχωριστά. Είναι συνολική ευθύνη της κοινωνίας και του κράτους, δε μπορεί να αφεθεί στα αρπαχτικά των ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών και των επιχειρηματιών της υγείας.
Καλούμε τους εργαζόμενους, τα σωματεία, τη νεολαία σε διαρκή επαγρύπνηση. Η ανακοίνωση των νέων μέτρων από την κυβέρνηση θα απαντηθεί αγωνιστικά, την πρώτη ώρα και μέρα σε κάθε πόλη.

Εργατοϋπαλληλικό Κέντρο Αγρινίου : Συλλογικές Συμβάσεις Εργασίας που να καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες των εργαζομένων
Η εργοδοσία αξιοποιώντας στο έπακρο τους νόμους των μνημονίων , βάζοντάς τους σε εφαρμογή, καλεί τους εργαζόμενους να υπογράψουν ατομικές συμβάσεις με μειώσεις έως και 50% σε πολλές επιχειρήσεις και στην περιοχή μας ( όπως η ΠΑΝΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΗ ), έχοντας σα βάση τον κατώτερο μισθό 586€ και 511€ μικτά για νέους κάτω των 25 ετών , καλούν τους εργαζόμενους να βάλουν τα χέρια τους να βγάλουν τα μάτια τους. Με απειλές και εκβιασμούς ότι, αν δεν υπογράψουν, θα τους απολύσουν προσπαθούν να τους κάνουν συνενόχους προκειμένου να δημιουργήσουν τις προϋποθέσεις να αυξάνουν τα κέρδη τους και στην περίοδο της κρίσης .
Στον οδικό άξονα ΑΜΒΡΑΚΙΑ- ΑΚΤΙΟ συνεχίζουν τις εκβιαστικές απολύσεις, καλούν τους εναπομείναντες εργαζόμενους που έχουν αρκετά χρόνια στην εταιρεία τους να υπογράψουν την προειδοποίηση της απόλυσής τους.
Το Ε.Κ.Α. καλεί όλους τους εργαζόμενους να πάρουν την υπόθεση στα χέρια τους . Συσπειρωμένοι στα ταξικά τους σωματεία, όχι μόνο να μην υποκύψουν στις πιέσεις και στους εκβιασμούς της εργοδοσίας , υπογράφοντας την καταδίκη τους, αλλά να περάσουν και στην αντεπίθεση διεκδικώντας υπογραφή Σ.Σ.Ε. που να καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες τους.
Μπορεί κάποιοι με την ψήφο τους να στήριξαν αυτές τις πολιτικές , άλλοι με την αποχή τους να θέλησαν να δώσουν το δικό τους μήνυμα , όλοι όμως έχουμε χρέος απέναντι στους εαυτούς μας , στα παιδιά μας, στην κοινωνία να μην επιτρέψουμε το παραπέρα χτύπημα των δικαιωμάτων μας , την απαξίωση της εργατικής δύναμης.
Καταγγέλλουμε τη στάση του εργοδοτικού και κυβερνητικού συνδικαλισμού , νέου και παλιού, τη στάση της πλειοψηφίας της Γ.Σ.Ε.Ε. που με συνεχείς παρατάσεις βάζει πλάτη να περάσουν τα σχέδια Ε.Ε.- κυβέρνησης- εργοδοσίας.
ΔΙΕΚΔΙΚΟΥΜΕ :

Επαναφορά της Εθνικής Γενικής Συλλογικής Σύμβασης Εργασίας ( Ε.Γ.Σ.Σ.Ε.) στα 751€ για όσους αμείβονται με το βασικό μισθό. Να καταργηθεί το αίσχος των άθλιων μισθών πείνας, των 586 και 511 ευρώ.

Να επανέλθουν οι κατώτατοι κλαδικοί μισθοί στα επίπεδα του 2009.
-
Να καταργηθούν άμεσα όλοι οι αντεργατικοί νόμοι που τσακίζουν τις Συλλογικές Συμβάσεις. Καθολική ισχύς και υποχρεωτικότητα των Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας . Εφαρμογή της μετενέργειας μέχρι την υπογραφή νέας Σ.Σ.Ε. χωρίς κανένα χρονικό περιορισμό. Κατάργηση της δυνατότητας που καθιερώθηκε για υπογραφή επιχειρησιακών συμβάσεων με μισθούς χαμηλότερους από τις κλαδικές συμβάσεις.

Επαναφορά της Συλλογικής Σύμβασης στον κλάδο των ΟΤΑ. Συλλογικές Συμβάσεις Εργασίας σε όλους τους κλάδους του δημοσίου και επαναφορά των μισθών στα προ κρίσης επίπεδα και επαναφορά του 13ου και 14ου μισθού.

Να καταργηθεί τώρα το νέο μισθολόγιο – φτωχολόγιο στο Δημόσιο ( Ν. 4024).

Να αποκατασταθούν οι σταθερές εργασιακές σχέσεις . Κατάργηση των νόμων που προωθούν και ενισχύουν τις ελαστικές εργασιακές σχέσεις .

The Situation of the Greek Working Class and the Proposal of PAME for National Collective Agreement
The data presented by the media daily, reveal the steady deterioration in the life of the working class.
-
45% of employees are paid with salaries up what was the minimum wage in 2012.
-
The percentage in 2012 was 17%.
-
The 45% represents both workers with full time contracts, as well as workers with part time, flexible contracts, whose numbers are multiplying constantly.
-
According to the recent data of the Social Services Institution (IKA) part time contracts were raised by 30.5%!
-
Also, the data reveal that after 2012, through business contracts that were signed the salaries were cut from 10% to 40%. The cuts were even bigger in the cases where contracts were signed by the so called “Individual’s Associations” (legalized formations to represent workers without the trade union, always formed under the employers’ initiatives).

80% of those contracts cut the wages to 75% of the minimum wage.
-
Full time contracts had average cuts in salaries by 7.47%.

At the same time taxation to the workers is about 43.4% of the salary.

The most important allowances were also cut. For example, the unemployment allowance was cut 22%.

The family allowance, which was to support workers’ families, was abolished completely.
The above mentioned data change day by day, to the worse.
The role of employers’ and governmental trade unionism
The compromised General Confederation of Workers of Greece (GSEE), without any action, without any struggle, requests the signing of a National Collective Agreement, by extending the last one. The one, which imposed abolishment of the minimum wage, of conquered rights of the working class. They do not even think about organizing the struggle, to fight for reestablishment of salaries, with better wages based on the minimum wage that existed.
The employer’s and government controlled trade unionism, have great responsibilities for today’s condition of the working class. By supporting the argument of “competitiveness of the economy” and “class collaboration”, by cultivating the poisonous position of so called “realistic demands”, not only they did not organize the struggle of the workers and the trade unions, but they opened the path for extreme exploitation, of poverty wages and salaries based on age discriminations.
They have cosigned the abolition of minimum wage, the even lower wages for young workers, and the imposition of flexible working relations.
The employers’ trade unionists only give press releases against the employers, just before they agree with them against the workers.
All this period, not only have they been absent by the struggles of the workers, but they contributed to the deterioration of the life standards of the workers’ families. They support the hunger-policies, they cultivate defeatism, waiting, keeping workers away from militant action. The GSEE has great responsibilities because it supported the lies of the SYRIZA Government, that it would reinstate the minimum wage, thus creating illusions that it is possible without organization and struggle, without struggle against the employers, the EU, to regain rights and conquests that were abolished by the business groups, the governments and the EU.
Recently, the GSEE declared their position in supporting the capitalist economy. They even suggested lay offs, under the condition of social protection for the laid off!!! They demanded cheap energy for the industrialists, so as them to invest. Low interest loans for the capitalists. All these demands to support competitiveness, which means for our exploiters to have bigger profits!!!
The solution and hope for the working class, which will help the workers’ demands everywhere is joining the Unions. Developing struggles in every sector and branch. A workers’ movement, with its allies, which will be obstacle to the plans of the capital, it will throw away the rottenness of employers’ trade unionism.
The workers, the trade unions must make the signing of collective contracts, of a National Collective Agreement, their own issue, they must take the situation into their own hands
The proposal of PAME
The National Collective Agreement is about the minimum wage, the work time, vacation time, allowances. Its signing in favour of the working class, based on the position of recovering the losses of the last years is a key issue for the working class and people.
We have to strengthen the struggle for immediate reinstatement of the minimum wage, by law, as basis for the collective negotiations. Any other alternative will lead to painful deterioration in workers’ income.
The proposal of PAME responds to the issue of protecting the workers from wage cuts and individual contracts, which multiply. It responds to the planning of the 3rd Memorandum for new wage cuts, for extreme exploitation of the young workers.
The recent elections were a way out for the system, so as to move on with greater political support to the new brutal anti workers measures. We face a new Memorandum-Armageddon, that comes to destroy whatever the previous memoranda left standing.
The proposal of PAME goes against the memoranda and the new agreements of the SYRIZA Government. The proposal of PAME is against the interests of the Business Groups and big Capital who want us to live in poverty, without any rights.
The position of PAME for NCA connects the need to protect the workers’ rights that are left, to cover the losses and advance our demands.
The signing of NCA is not a typical, annual, procedure for improving the salary condition of the workers. All branch negotiations of collective contracts are made based on the NCA. The law 4046/2012 that cut the minimum wage by 22% and 32% for workers under 25 years, resulted in a new attack in all sectors, as the capitalists imposed wage cuts and abolishment of rights everywhere. Also, the level of the minimum wage defines the level of allowances, such as unemployment, and also the level of the pensions.
The response can be given only on the basis of class struggle. We must not let immediate demands to recover our losses, to the hands of the European Union, the “quartet of the Institutions”. THIS IS THE PROPOSAL OF PAME.
The employers, in the name of exiting the crisis, demand the maintaining of this anti-worker “arsenal”, while at the same time demand a new series of privileges and tax-exemptions, and attacking workers’ social security and pension rights. They blackmail that salary raises will lead to unemployment. The European Union protects their interests as an umbrella against the workers demands.
If we do not challenge united, class oriented, massively and coordinated the idea of capitalist profit, which is the core of the capitalists and the Government’s arguments, we will not have positive results. The demands for which we must fight must have as basis the truth that the workers are the producers of the wealth, so we cannot accept the idea of “labour cost” of the employers.
PAME calls the trade unions, the federations, the regional trade union centers to discuss on the proposals for National Collective Agreement, the branch contracts, not to accept the new butchering, new sacrifices for the profits of the monopolies.
We prepare a massive, militant, workers-people’s wall of resistance against the new measures

Taking into account that the new Government of SYRIZA is not pro-workers, as it supports the interests of the monopolies and the EU. Taking into account that it will go on with the imposition of the measures of the 3rd Memorandum, it is necessary for the working class to respond. The Government will bring the next days legislation for Social Security, labour relations and anti-trade union legislation against the right to strike and trade union rights.
We prepare and alert the working class, the unemployed, the pensioners, the young workers, the women of the working class who suffer because of the capital. We call them to raise a workers’-people’s wall to stop and cancel new plans. To strengthen the class response, to block the new measures with new, dynamic, massive struggles. To plan and escalate with goal Massive, General, National Strike Response from all Sectors when the Government will attempt to impose the Memorandum. In this direction we organize the struggle, using all forms of struggle.

Ανακοίνωση των Δυνάμεων του ΠΑΜΕ στην ΚΑΡΦΟΥΡ – ΜΑΡΙΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ – DIA
Συνάδελφοι, Συναδέλφισσες
Η διοίκηση της εταιρείας ΜΑΡΙΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ, ανακοίνωσε το κλείσιμο καταστημάτων στην Αττική και πανελλαδικά.
Το κλείσιμο των καταστημάτων έρχεται ως συνέχεια. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχουμε: Μειώσεις μισθών, απολύσεις, κόψιμο επιδομάτων, εντατικοποίηση της δουλειάς, νέες μειώσεις μισθών όπως διαδίδεται από αρκετά στελέχη της εταιρείας.
Η πλειοψηφία της διοίκησης του σωματείου έχει μεγάλη ευθύνη για την απραξία του σωματείου μας. Από τις προηγούμενες εκλογές έως σήμερα μας έχει στην αναμονή, χωρίς ενημέρωση, χωρίς συσπείρωση, χωρίς οργάνωση, ανέτοιμους και απροετοίμαστους απέναντι στην επίθεση της εργοδοσίας.
Αντί να ασχολείται με αυτά, το προεδρείο του σωματείου είχε άλλο προσανατολισμό. Είχε τα αυτιά κλειστά στις παρατηρήσεις, στις αγωνιστικές προτάσεις των στελεχών του ΠΑΜΕ.
Σταθερά από τις προηγούμενες αρχαιρεσίες, με διάφορα προσχήματα κάθε φορά, επεξεργάζονταν τρόπους για το πώς θα αποκλείσει εργαζόμενους που ήταν αγωνιστές, να διαλύσει παραρτήματα του σωματείου που είχαν αγωνιστική δράση και σύγκρουση με την εργοδοσία, θα αποκλείσει συναδέλφους από την συμμετοχή στη ζωή του σωματείου.
Την ίδια κατάσταση βλέπουμε όλοι και στην διαδικασία αρχαιρεσιών του σωματείου μας.
Οι φόβοι μας επιβεβαιώθηκαν με τον πιο αποκαλυπτικό τρόπο!
Αυθαίρετοι αποκλεισμοί, άρνηση να δοθεί το μητρώο μελών στην εκλεγμένη από την συνέλευσή μας εφορευτική επιτροπή!
Τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια διέλυσαν οι ίδιοι όλες τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας του σωματείου, αφού αποφασίζουν και διατάζουν μόνοι τους άκυρες “διαγραφές” συναδέλφων μας που είναι υποψήφιοι για τις οποίες δεν έχουν πάρει απόφαση το Δ.Σ και η συνέλευση του σωματείου, έπειτα αυτό-παρουσιάζονται ως οι μοναδικοί ταξικοί που υπερασπίζονται το σωματείο και τα δικαιώματα των συναδέλφων.
Κανένας ως τώρα δεν είχε τολμήσει να πει το πιο μεγάλο ψέμα που υπάρχει, ότι οι δυνάμεις του ΠΑΜΕ συνεργάζονται με την εργοδοσία. Ακόμα και ο ταξικός αντίπαλος αναγνωρίζει τη ταξική καθαρότητα και συνέπεια του ΠΑΜΕ.
Με αυτό το ψέμα, σε πλήρη πανικό επιτίθεται η πλειοψηφία του ΔΣ στις δυνάμεις του ΠΑΜΕ, αποδεικνύοντας πως ο κατήφορος για κάποιους δεν έχει τέλος. Όλοι όμως γνωρίζουν ότι αν έχει αναπτυχθεί ένας αγώνας, μια κινητοποίηση ενάντια στην εργοδοσία στη Καρφούρ, αυτή είχε πάντα την σφραγίδα του ΠΑΜΕ, στη δύναμη του οποίου ήταν και πρέπει να κρατηθεί το σωματείο, των δυνάμεων του ΠΑΜΕ μέσα στα καταστήματα που πρωτοστάτησαν και τώρα μπαίνουν στη πρώτη γραμμή κόντρα στην εργοδοτική επιθετικότητα και τρομοκρατία.
Οι συνάδελφοι έχουν τη πείρα να κρίνουν και να βγάλουν συμπεράσματα για το ποιος συμβιβάζεται μπροστά στην εργοδοσία και διαπραγματεύεται μαζί της εις βάρος των εργαζομένων και ποιος την αντιπαλεύει με ταξική συνέπεια.
Αυτή την ώρα γνωρίζουν μπροστά στη νέα επίθεση της εργοδοσίας που εκδηλώνεται με κλεισίματα καταστημάτων ποιος καθησυχάζει συναδέλφους ότι δεν θα απολυθούν και δεν παίρνει καμία πρωτοβουλία πέρα από τις συναντήσεις του προεδρείου με την εργοδοσία, ποιος προειδοποιεί και μπαίνει μπροστά με όλες του τις δυνάμεις στην οργάνωση της πάλης των ιδίων των συναδέλφων, κόντρα στη λογική της ανάθεσης, για να μην απολυθεί ούτε ένας συνάδελφος μας.
Συναδέλφισσες- Συνάδελφοι
Η σημερινή πλειοψηφία έχει τραβήξει το δικό της ολισθηρό και επικίνδυνο για εμάς τους εργαζόμενους δρόμο.
Δεν μας εκφράζει. Δεν εκφράζει τις ταξικές δυνάμεις και το ΠΑΜΕ.
Το ΠΑΜΕ σας καλεί να στηρίξετε το ψηφοδέλτιο που συγκρότησαν αγωνιστές εργαζόμενοι και εργαζόμενες από όλη την Ελλάδα και να παλέψουμε για διοικητικό συμβούλιο που θα οργανώσει την αντίσταση των εργαζόμενων, για σωματείο που θα συσπειρώνει όλους τους εργαζόμενους ανεξάρτητα από χρώμα, γλώσσα, εθνικότητα.
Η ηττοπάθεια, η μοιρολατρία, η λογική του «τίποτα δεν γίνεται, τίποτα δεν αλλάζει» είναι η θεωρία των εργοδοτών για να την πιστεύουν οι εργαζόμενοι και να μην παλεύουν για το δίκιο τους.
Είναι ραγιαδισμός και εμείς δεν το αποδεχόμαστε. Εμείς εμπνεόμαστε από το δικό μας σύνθημα που γεννήθηκε μέσα στους δικούς μας αγώνες των τελευταίων χρόνων:
«χωρίς εσένα γρανάζι δεν γυρνά, εργάτη μπορείς χωρίς αφεντικά»

Να ακυρωθούν τώρα όλες οι απολύσεις, κανένας εργαζόμενος να μην χάσει την δουλειά του. Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι να απορροφηθούν σε άλλα καταστήματα με τα δικαιώματα που είχαν.

Να επιστραφούν πίσω όσα χρήματα αφαίρεσε η εργοδοσία από το κόψιμο των επιδομάτων και τις μειώσεις μισθών.

Militant Activities of Class Trade Unions
The last days the developments in Greece called for militant actions by the class trade unions.
Strikes were held and more are planned for the next days in Transport, Press and Printing, super markets, metal and more.
More specifically Strike and militant protests were organized by workers of:

Bus Drivers in Thessaloniki demanding the payment of their wages

Carrefour super markets against the planned lay offs

Steel workers of the HELLINIKI HALIVOURGIA in Volos city, against wage cuts

Workers of many municipalities against the privatization of their services

Printing Industry BIS
At the same time many protests were organized against trade union persecutions that continue, aiming to intimidate the militancy of the working class.

University personnel for going on strike, though there was court decision against it

35 workers in the ferry line at Thasos for participating in National General Strike though, their sector was under Civil Recruitment Act that forbids strike action.

PAME also delivered one tone of milk to the refugees, who are camped in Athens and many trade unions continue the gathering of material aid for the refugees.

PAME is organizing a big protest at the Ministry of Labour on Monday, September 28, Against the plans of the SYRIZA Government to attack labour and social security rights, in addition to changes in the trade union legislation that will lead to making the trade union activity and the right to strike impossible.
Many trade unions have announced strikes and other actions for the next period, as a response to lay-offs and wage cuts. PAME calls for the preparation of National General Strike Response to the New Anti workers Measures, when the Government of SYRIZA attempts to impose them.
Acciones militantes de los sindicatos de clase
Los últimos días la situación en Grecia exige acciones militantes de los sindicatos de clase.
Se llevaron a cabo huelgas y más están previstas para los proximos días en transporte, prensa e impresión, super mercados, metal y etc.
Más concretamente huelgas y protestas militantes fueron organizadas por los trabajadores de :

Conductores de autobús en Salónica exigiendo el pago de sus salarios

Los super mercados de Carrefour contra a los despidos
-
Los aceros de la Acería Griega – HELLINIKI HALIVOURGIA en la ciudad de Volos, contra a los cortes salariales
-
Trabajadores de varios municipios contra a la privatización de sus servicios .

La industria de impresión BIS
Al mismo tiempo se organizaron varias protestas contra a las persecuciones sindicales que siguen con el objetivo de intimidar a la militancia de la clase obrera. Sindicalistas y trabajadores que se encuentran enfrentados con juicios por la acción sindical son :

El personal de Universidad que está en huelga a pesar la decición de corte que está en contra.

35 trabajadores en la línea de ferry en Thasos porque han participado en la huelga nacional aunque su sector estaba bajo la ley de contratación civil que prohíbe la huelga.
Una actividad central de PAME fue el 23 de septiembre, la masiva demostración en Atenas contra a la política de la Unión Europea respecto los inmigrantes (Fotos: https://plus.google.com/+PamehellasGr/photos)
PAME también entrego uno tono de leche a los refugiados, que están acampados en Atenas y bastantes sindicatos continuan la concentración de ayuda material para los refugiados.
Al mismo tiempo, PAME anunció el reinicio de la escuela de idioma griega para los inmigrantes y los refugiados. También la continuación de los grupos culturales de PAME como es de teatro, de musica y canción.
PAME organiza un gran protesta el lunes 28 de septiembr, contra a los planes del gobierno de SYRIZA a atacar el trabajo y los derechos del seguro y por los cambios en la legislación sindical que impide la actividad sindical y el derecho al huelga.
Muchos sindicatos han anunciado huelgas y otras acciones para el próximo período, como una respuesta a los despidos y recortes salariales. PAME hace un llamado por la preparación de Huelga Nacional, una respuesta a las nuevas medidas antilaborales, en el momento que el gobierno de SYRIZA intenta imponerlas.

Οι αντιασφαλιστικές αποφάσεις είναι δρομολογημένες με βάση τη συμφωνία του 3ου μνημονίου. Επιφέρουν το τελειωτικό χτύπημα στην κοινωνική ασφάλιση, φέρνουν νέες επώδυνες ανατροπές στις συντάξεις, στην υγεία και την πρόνοια, συνεχίζουν και ολοκληρώνουν το έγκλημα σε βάρος των ασφαλιστικών δικαιωμάτων ασφαλισμένων και συνταξιούχων.
Είναι στο χέρι μας να ανατρέψουμε τους σχεδιασμούς!
Η κοινωνική ασφάλιση είναι δικαίωμα, δεν είναι ατομική υπόθεση του καθένα! Δε θα δεχτούμε τη λογική των ψίχουλων και τις συντάξεις πείνας, δε θα δεχτούμε να γίνει η ασφάλιση δικαίωμα των λίγων, δε θα γίνουμε πελάτες των ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών και των επιχειρηματιών στο χώρο της υγείας. Αγωνιζόμαστε για την αναπλήρωση των ως σήμερα, απωλειών μας.
To ΠΑΜΕ καλεί τα συνδικάτα, τους εργαζόμενους, τη νεολαία σε μαζική παράσταση διαμαρτυρίας τη Δευτέρα 2μμ στο Υπουργείο Εργασίας, την ώρα της συνεδρίασης της «επιτροπής σοφών».
