Το ΠΑΜΕ Καταγγέλλει Τις Νέες Συλλήψεις Εργαζομένων Στην Τουρκία

Το ΠΑΜΕ καταγγέλλει τις συλλήψεις συνδικαλιστών και εργαζομένων στην Τουρκία κατά τη διάρκεια κινητοποίησης του Συνδικάτου Nakliyat Is, μέλους της ΠΣΟ, για την καταβολή οφειλομένων των εργαζομένων των Σουπερμάρκετ REAL.

Οι εργαζόμενοι των REAL, αφού εξαγοράστηκε η επιχείρηση στην οποία δούλευαν από τον όμιλο MAKRO–MEDIA MARKT, προχώρησαν σε κινητοποιήσεις για την επαναπρόσληψη τους και την καταβολή των οφειλόμενων. Μετά από κινητοποιήσεις μηνών και με τη συμπαράσταση και των Σωματείων Εμποροϋπαλλήλων της Ελλάδας και του ΠΑΜΕ, η εργοδοσία υποσχέθηκε αρχικά την καταβολή του 50% των οφειλομένων στις 20 Σεπτέμβρη. Αφού η εργοδοσία αθέτησε και αυτή της τη δέσμευση, οι εργαζόμενοι μαζί με το Συνδικάτο προχώρησαν σε κινητοποίηση σε καταστήματα του ομίλου. Η εργοδοσία απάντησε με την βοήθεια της αστυνομίας και τη σύλληψη 15 εργαζομένων και συνδικαλιστών, μεταξύ των οποίων, του Προέδρου του Συνδικάτου και μέλους του Προεδρικού Συμβουλίου της ΠΣΟ, Αλί-Ριζά Κουσμάνογλου. Μετά από μαζική κινητοποίηση στο αστυνομικό τμήμα, και μετά από αρκετές ώρες κράτησης, οι συλληφθέντες αφέθησαν ελεύθεροι.

Και στη Τουρκία, όπως και στην Ελλάδα με τα συνεχή αγροτοδικεία, συλλήψεις και διώξεις συνδικαλιστών, καταστολή των κινητοποιήσεων ενάντια τους πλειστηριασμούς κτλ αποδεικνύεται ότι οι Κυβερνήσεις και οι μηχανισμοί καταστολής βρίσκονται στην διάθεση των εργοδοτών για την κατάπνιξη των εργατικών διεκδικήσεων.

Το ΠΑΜΕ καταγγέλλει τις νέες συλλήψεις συνδικαλιστών και εργαζομένων στην Τουρκία που διεκδικούν τα δικαιώματα τους. Ο αγώνας για το δίκιο των εργατών δεν σταματά με συλλήψεις και τρομοκρατία. Στεκόμαστε στο πλευρό των εργαζομένων των Σουπερμάρκετ REAL και του Συνδικάτου Nakliyat Is στον δίκαιο αγώνα τους.

Όχι Άλλοι Νεκροί Εργάτες Για τα Κέρδη των Αφεντικών

Το ΠΑΜΕ εκφράζει τα συλλυπητήρια του στο Συνδικάτο LAB, μέλος της ΠΣΟ, για το θάνατο 3 εργαζομένων την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα στην περιοχή της Χώρας των Βάσκων.

Οι 3 εργαζόμενοι σκοτώθηκαν σε 3 διαφορετικά εργατικά ατυχήματα (στους κλάδους των μεταφορών, ξύλου και κατασκευών). Ατυχήματα που στην πραγματικότητα είναι δολοφονίες εργαζομένων λόγω των ελλιπών μέτρων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στους χώρους δουλειάς, της εντατικοποίησης, εξαιτίας του αγώνα των αφεντικών για κέρδη, όπου η ζωή του εργάτη γίνεται αναλώσιμο υλικό. Με τους 3 αυτούς θανάτους, ο αριθμός των εργαζομένων που έχουν χάσει φέτος τη ζωή τους στη δουλειά στη Χώρα των Βάσκων φτάνει τους 50.

Η προστασία της ζωής και της υγείας των εργαζομένων είναι η πρώτη γραμμή του αγώνα των ταξικών συνδικάτων ενάντια στην επίθεση εργοδοτών-Κυβερνήσεων-ΕΕ, που μας θέλουν σύγχρονους σκλάβους.

Το ΠΑΜΕ εκφράζει τα συλλυπητήρια και τη στήριξη του ταξικού κινήματος της Ελλάδας στο Συνδικάτο LAB και τους εργαζόμενους της Χώρας των Βάσκων.

Istanbul New Airport:”Ambulances are no longer using the sirens!”

At the construction site of the new airport in Istanbul, where dozens of workers have died (officially 35) and are continuous labor accidents, ambulances are no longer using their sirens!

Last Friday, after a new accident involving 17 injured workers, the new airport became the scene of major mobilizations that met the violence and repression by the Turkish government and contractors with hundreds arrests of workers.

Because of this, after a new labor accident that happened yesterday, on September 25, the ambulances used did not turn on their sirens, in order to avoid reactions of the workers who jeopardize their lives daily.

However, the struggle and mass mobilization are the way to ensure the safety of workers’ lives. The strikes and interruptions of the work have already forced the Government of Turkey to postpone the grand opening it planned for October 29th. It is also a result of the workers’ pressure for the miserable working conditions. It takes perseverance and determination in the struggle to satisfy our fair demands, improve working conditions and safety in the workplace.

Workers know that the new airport, and the capitalist growth in general, in every country, is built with the sweat and blood of the workers.

PAME and the National Federation of Construction Workers of Greece are steadily on the side of the workers in the construction of the new airport of Istanbul and in the future we will take new initiatives to support their struggle.

İstanbul’da yeni havalimanı inşaattında onlarca ölü işçi (resmi 35) ve kazalar devam ediyor fakat kazalarda  ambulanslar artık siren çalmıyor!

Geçen haftaki kazada 17 işçinin yaralanmasından sonra iş sahasında işçiler büyük bir isyan başlatılar ama Türkiye Hükümetinin ve müteahhitlerin şiddet, baskısına maruz kaldılar yüzlerce işçi tutuklandı.

Dün yeni bir iş kazası daha haberi geldi 25 Eylül’de, işçilerin tepkilerini engelemek için bu sefer kaza alanına gelen ambulanslar artık sirenlerini çalmıyor.

Ancak, mücadele ederek işçiler yaşam güvenliğini sağlama alabilirler. İşçilerin grev ve iş bırakma eylemleri sonucu 29 Ekimde yapılması planlanan açılışı Türkiye hükümetini erteleme kararına zorlamıştır. Kötü çalışma ve barınma koşularını iyileştirmek için İşçilerin haklı olan tepkisini dile getirmek için yaptığı bir baskı unsurudur.

Adil taleplerin karşılanması, çalışma koşularının iyileştirilmesi ve çalışma güvenliğini sağlamak için  mücadelede azim ve kararlılık gerektirir.

No Más Trabajadores Muertos Por Los Beneficios De Los Empleadores

PAME expresa sus condolencias al Sindicato LAB, miembro de la FSM, por la muerte de tres trabajadores la semana pasada en el País Vasco.

Los 3 trabajadores fueron asesinados en 3 accidentes industriales diferentes (en los sectores de transporte, de madera y de construcción). Accidentes que de hecho son asesinatos de trabajadores debido a la falta de las medidas de Salud y Seguridad en los lugares del Trabajo, la intensificación por más ganancias de los empresarios, donde la vida del trabajador se convierte en un material consumible. Con estas 3 muertes, el número de los trabajadores que han perdido su vida en el País Vasco durante este año han llegado a los 50.

La protección de la vida y la salud de los trabajadores en la peimera línea de la lucha de los sindicatos contra al ataque de los empleadores – goniernos – UE, que nos quieren esclavos modernos.

PAME expresa la condolencia y el apoyo del movimiento de clase de Grecia al Sindicato LAB y a los trabajadores del País Vasco.

PAME Denounces the New Arrests of Workers In Turkey

PAME denounces the arrests of trade unionists and workers in Turkey during the protest of Nakliyat Is, a member of the WFTU, demanding the payment of employees of the REAL Market.

Employees of REAL, after the acquisition of the company in which they worked from the MAKRO  group, proceeded to protests demanding the payment of their compensations. After months of mobilization and with the support of the Greek Unions of Commerce and PAME, the company initially promised to pay 50% of those money on September 20th. After the employers failed to do so, the employees along with the Union proceeded to mobilize in the group’s stores. The employers responded with the help of the police and the arrest of 15 workers and trade unionists, including the President of the Union and a member of the WFTU Presidential Council, Ali-Riza Küçükosmanoğlu. After a massive mobilization in the police station, and after several hours of detention, the detainees were released.

In Turkey, as in Greece, with ongoing courts against militant farmers, arrests and prosecutions of trade unionists, suppression of protests against auctions, etc., it turns out that governments and the mechanisms of repression are at the disposal of the employers for the suppression of workers’ struggles.

PAME denounces the new arrests of trade unionists and workers in Turkey who are fighting for their rights. The struggle for the right of workers does not stop with arrests and intimidations. We stand by the side of the REAL Marker workers and Nakliyat Is in their fair fight.

PAME expresses its condolences to the LAB Union, a member of the WFTU, for the deaths of three workers last week in the Basque Country.

The 3 workers were killed in 3 different industrial accidents (in transport, wood and construction sectors). Accidents that are in fact murders of workers due to inadequate Health and Safety measures in the workplace, intensification due to the bosses’ hunt for profits where the worker’s life becomes consumable material. With these three deaths, the number of workers who have lost their lives in work in the Basque country this year reaches 50.

Protecting the life and health of workers is the front line of the struggle of class unions against the attack of employers-governments-EU, who want us to be modern slaves.

PAME expresses the condolences and support of the class movement of Greece to the LAB Union and the workers of the Basque Country.

Intimidation tactics against Makro/Uyum and Real Market Workers can’t stop their militant struggle!

Dear comrades, As we informed you in the past, Nakliyat-İş Union has always supported the struggle of Real Market Workers since the beginning of their struggle 15 months ago although they are in a different sector. With the resistance of Makro/Uyum Market Workers, which started under the leadership of our union, the workers have been carrying out a militant struggle for more than 4 months. Under the guidance of our union, they have organized tens of protests at different locations so far against the anti-worker attitudes of Metro Group AG and Makro AŞ that was acquired by MIGROS. 

As a result of this militant struggle, MIGROS promised to pay 50 percent of the total claims of the workers on 20 September. They also stated that they would pay the rest of the claims as soon as possible. MIGROS once again showed its anti-worker face and did not pay the claims of the workers. Upon this, the workers restarted their protest actions. On 23 September, more than 70 workers get in MIGROS 5M in Beylikdüzü Istanbul to shout their demands one more time. As soon as the protest action started, the riot police surrounded the market and interviewed with Ali Rıza Küçükosmanoğlu, President of Nakliyat-İş Union demanding to put an end to protest. Küçükosmanoğlu refused their demand by stating that the protest action would continue until MIGROS paid the claims of the workers as they promised. 

After the discussion, riot police forces and undercover police officers attacked the workers and detained 15 of them. They kept the workers detained for a long time until the midnight. The leaders of Nakliyat-İş Union didn’t leave the workers alone until they were released. After the release, they organized a meeting and stated their determination in the struggle against all kinds of intimidation tactics.

LAB-Basque Country: 3 workers died at work last week

Last week 3 workers died in the Basque Country in work accidents. A truck driver died on the road in the town of Galdakao (Bizkaia), another 31-year-old worker of the Primary Sector died chopping wood and finally a labourer of the construction sector in the High Speed Train works in the Basque Country. With these 3 deaths, 50 workers have died during this year in the Basque Country after work accidents.

Συνδικάτο Οικοδόμων Αθήνας : Απεργούμε μαζικά και μαχητικά την Πέμπτη 8 Νοέμβρη

Συνάδελφοι οικοδόμοι και εργαζόμενοι στις κατασκευές,

Οι εξαγγελίες της κυβέρνησης ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ ότι δήθεν ξεμπερδέψαμε με τα μνημόνια, ότι έρχεται η «δίκαιη ανάπτυξη» και η αύξηση του κατώτατου μισθού είναι ένα ακόμα παραμύθι. Οι εκατοντάδες αντεργατικοί-αντιλαϊκοί νόμοι που ψηφίστηκαν από τις κυβερνήσεις ΝΔ-ΠΑΣΟΚ, ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και τα υπόλοιπα αστικά κόμματα είναι σε ισχύ. Η χώρα άλλωστε θα είναι σε επιτήρηση από την ΕΕ έως το 2060!

Συνειδητά αποκρύπτει ότι ακόμη κι αν γίνει αύξηση του κατώτατου μισθού 20 έως 30 ευρώ, αυτά θα τα πάρει πίσω διπλά από το πετσόκομμα των συντάξεων το Γενάρη του 2019 και τη μείωση του αφορολόγητου από τις 8.600 ευρώ που είναι σήμερα, στα 5.600 ευρώ το 2020.

Οι πανηγυρισμοί της κυβέρνησης για την τροπολογία που έφερε στη Βουλή είναι ο επαίσχυντος νόμος Βρούτση της συγκυβέρνησης ΝΔ-ΠΑΣΟΚ, που προβλέπει ότι ο κατώτατος μισθός θα καθορίζεται με υπουργική απόφαση, χωρίς συλλογικές διαπραγματεύσεις εργαζομένων-εργοδοτών και με βάση τα όρια αντοχής της οικονομίας, εξυπηρετώντας δηλαδή τις απαιτήσεις των κατασκευαστικών ομίλων και των μεγαλοεργολάβων, συνολικότερα του κεφαλαίου. Έναν νόμο που ψήφισαν όλοι μαζί: ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, ΑΝΕΛ, ΝΔ, Κίνημα Αλλαγής, Ένωση Κεντρώων, με παρών από Ποτάμι και Χρυσή Αυγή.

Όπως όλοι μαζί καταψήφισαν την πρόταση που κατατέθηκε στη Βουλή, σε όλα τα κόμματα πλην της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης της Χρυσής Αυγής, από 530 Ομοσπονδίες, Εργατικά Κέντρα, σωματεία και συνδικάτα για την επαναφορά του κατώτατου μισθού στα 751 ευρώ, επαναφορά των κλαδικών συμβάσεων και κατάργηση όλων των αντεργατικών νόμων.

Γνωρίζουμε πολύ καλά πως ό,τι κέρδισε ο κλάδος μας τα προηγούμενα χρόνια καταχτήθηκε με την οργανωμένη πάλη και σε σύγκρουση με την εργοδοσία και το πολιτικό προσωπικό της.

Απέναντι στα ψέματα της κυβέρνησης που μιλάει για «υποχρεωτικότητα και επεκτασιμότητα» των Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας, όταν διατηρούνται στο ακέραιο όλοι εκείνοι οι αντεργατικοί νόμοι που δίνουν το δικαίωμα στους εργοδότες να τσαλαπατούν τις όποιες συμβάσεις υπάρχουν και όταν στη συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των κλάδων δεν υπάρχει σύμβαση, απέναντι στην καλλιέργεια αυταπατών, οι οικοδόμοι προτάσσουμε τον αγώνα με επίκεντρο τις δικές μας, σύγχρονες ανάγκες.

Συμμετέχουμε στην Πανελλαδική Πανοικοδομική απεργία που προκήρυξε η Ομοσπονδία Οικοδόμων Ελλάδας την Πέμπτη 8 Νοέμβρη. Δίνουμε τη μάχη για την επιτυχία της, με το σύνθημα: “Μπροστά οι δικές μας ανάγκες, όχι τα κέρδη των λίγων”.

Καμία αναμονή – Καμία αυταπάτη! Τα προβλήματα στον κλάδο μας παραμένουν και διογκώνονται. Οι 3 εργοταξιακές συμβάσεις που υπογράφτηκαν μετά από πολύμηνη πάλη, μπορούν να ανακουφίσουν κάπως την οικογένεια των συναδέλφων, δε λύνουν όμως τα συνολικότερα προβλήματα.

Είναι αναγκαίο να δυναμώσει ο αγώνας για την υπογραφή κλαδικής ΣΣΕ με αυξήσεις σε μισθούς και μεροκάματα και επαναφορά της Εθνικής Γενικής ΣΣΕ στα 751 ευρώ για όλους, ώστε κανείς εργαζόμενος να μην αμείβεται κάτω από αυτά. Ο αγώνας αυτός πρέπει να είναι μαζικός, ενιαίος και πανελλαδικός, αντίστοιχος της επίθεσης που δεχόμαστε.

Συζητάμε, οργανώνουμε τον αγώνα σε κάθε τόπο δουλειάς, σε κάθε εργοτάξιο.

Διεκδικούμε:

  • Υπογραφή κλαδικής Συλλογικής Σύμβασης Εργασίας, σύμφωνα με το πλαίσιο της Ομοσπονδίας Οικοδόμων Ελλάδας. 7ωρο – 5ήμερο – 35ωρο.

  • Επαναφορά των ΣΣΕ και του κατώτερου μισθού στα 751 ευρώ για όλους. Κατάργηση όλων των αντεργατικών νόμων.

  • Αναγνώριση και διανομή των «υπέρ αγνώστων» ενσήμων.

  • Κατάργηση του νόμου Κατρούγκαλου και όλων των αντιασφαλιστικών νόμων.

  • Μέτρα αντισεισμικής θωράκισης, αντιπλημμυρικής και αντιπυρικής προστασίας.

  • Κανέναν πλειστηριασμό λαϊκής κατοικίας. Κατάργηση του ΕΝΦΙΑ και της φοροληστείας.

  • Καμιά εμπλοκή της χώρας μας στους ιμπεριαλιστικούς σχεδιασμούς και πολέμους.

Για τις διώξεις των αγώνων για τους πλειστηριασμούς

Το Πανεργατικό Αγωνιστικό Μέτωπο καταγγέλλει τον κλιμακούμενο μηχανισμό τρομοκράτησης και καταστολής των αγώνων του λαού που υπερασπίζεται τη ζωή του και το σπίτι του.

Η Κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ, επιβεβαιώνει ότι η «έξοδος από τα Μνημόνια» σημαίνει να πετάξει από τα σπίτια τους τον φτωχόκοσμο. Για αυτό και επιδιώκει να προωθήσει τις κατασχέσεις και τους πλειστηριασμούς λαϊκών νοικοκυριών με κάθε μέσο και ειδικότερα μέσα από μια βιομηχανία διώξεων και εκφοβισμού. Έτσι σέρνει στα δικαστήρια διαδηλωτές που συμμετείχαν στις κινητοποιήσεις ενάντια στους πλειστηριασμούς, ζητά εξηγήσεις από φορείς για τη συμμετοχή τους σε αντίστοιχες δράσεις και διώκει τον πρόεδρο της ΛΑΕ. Η Κυβέρνηση επιδιώκει με την αστυνομοκρατία, τις συλλήψεις και τις διώξεις να σταματήσει την λαϊκή οργή και αγανάκτηση που μεγαλώνει καθημερινά.

Στην τρομοκρατία απαντάμε με μαζικοποίηση του αγώνα ενάντια στη φοροληστεία και τους πλειστηριασμούς. Εκφράζουμε την αλληλεγγύη μας σε όλους τους διωκόμενους.
