PAME is visiting Palestine from October 12 to 16, 2025, expressing the solidarity and internationalist support of the trade unions and workers of Greece for the heroic Palestinian people.

The delegation is holding a series of meetings with Palestinian trade unions, workers’ organizations, and popular institutions, conveying the message of solidarity, friendship, and the common struggle of our peoples.

This visit continues the steadfast, unyielding, and multifaceted struggles of the trade unions and people of our country by the side of the Palestinian people, against the occupation and the genocide by the murderous state of Israel, with the support of the New Democracy government, the parties of capital, and the imperialists of the USA, NATO, and the EU.

At the same time, in Greece, the trade unions are preparing for the nationwide 24-hour strike on October 14, against the monstrous bill on the 13-hour workday, which aims to turn workers into 21st-century slaves in the name of the profitability of monopolies and the war economy of the EU, an economy that crushes wages and rights to finance billions in military spending, burdening the peoples with the costs of imperialist wars.

The workers of Greece, through their struggles, unite their voice with the people of Palestine, strengthening the fight for an independent Palestinian state within the 1967 borders, with territorial continuity and East Jerusalem as its capital, free of occupation forces, settlements, and settlers.

From the factories and ports of Greece and Europe to Gaza, Ramallah, and Jerusalem, the same message echoes:

No involvement in the imperialists’ wars!

Freedom for Palestine!

Solidarity is the weapon of the peoples for a world without exploitation and wars!
