On the murderous attack of Israel on Nasser Hospital in Gaza
USA – NATO – EU are accomplices in the crime
PAME condemns the new atrocious crime of the murderous state of Israel in Gaza, the murderous attack on Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, which left at least 20 dead, among them five journalists.
Anger is growing both at the excuses of the criminal Netanyahu, and at the hypocrisy of the USA, NATO, and the EU, who support and sponsor the genocide of the Palestinian people, while at the same time they shed crocodile tears over Israel’s crimes.
It is an outrage and sheer audacity for Israel to speak of a “tragic mistake.” This is yet another crime that is part of the systematic and methodical leveling of schools, refugee camps, homes, and hospitals, of the planned and organized massacre of civilians, children, doctors, patients, and journalists. The barbarity of Israel and its allies cannot be hidden behind hypocritical “regrets” and “investigations.”
The Greek government bears great responsibility. Its policy is to provide cover and support to the murderous state, continue cooperation with it, and participate actively in imperialist wars. Responsible are also the political parties and the forces who support the “strategic alliance with Israel” and provocatively speak of its “right to self-defense,” meaning the “right” to continue the massacres and the genocide of the Palestinian people.
The peoples are not deceived by the crocodile tears of the murderous state and its allies. We demand the immediate termination of military, political, and economic relations of the Greek government with the murderous state of Israel.
Now is the time to strengthen solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Palestine, and with the other peoples of the Middle East.
We express our solidarity with the people of Palestine through the concert organized by the Union of Construction Workers of Athens with the group Koinoi Thnitoi, under the title “WITH THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD.” On Wednesday, September 3, at the Petra Theater in Petroupoli, Athens.
The workers and the unions of Athens will turn the concert into a powerful demonstration of solidarity with the people of Palestine!
